The apartment block is located in a residential district near the town centre and is just a short walk from the Palais des Congres. The beach, Prado Plage, is just a 25-minute walk away.

This city hotel offers 105 air-conditioned apartments spread over 6 floors, as well as friendly, functional spaces for working, eating and relaxing. It provides a number of amenities, including an entrance hall with 24-hour check-in, a breakfast room and parking for those arriving by car (charges apply).
