Great Apartment/Hotel. I have a 2 year old son and it was absolutely perfect with its own kitchen and bathroom (with a bath). Location was great, just a short walk to the train station and shops and there was a grocery store straight across the road. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone especially those who have small children.

Amazing value with special offer and excellent locationBeautiful part of Berlin, excellent public transport links and great shops. Well stocked supermarket directly across from the hotel.Room was really nice and clean on arrival and, though my special offer didn't include a cleaner during my stay for the price, I remember the room staying nice and fresh throughout - must be very well ventilated. The beds in these Citadines apartments aren't great - sofa beds to maximise on space, but it didn't bother me. Free internet access was very reliable.Customer service was SUPERB. I had several complicated issues to sort out during my time there and every member of staff I dealt with spoke perfect English and was extremely helpful.

Good location on the Kurfuerstendamm, within easy reach of public transport - or you just walk. Nice, big room with good facilities in the kitchenette. Or you could have had breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Friendly staff. Free internet access. And the marathon route goes straight past the house - I was wondering whether to take a short break... Would definitely stay here again!

nice , clean near the heart of Berlin. Close to bus service, shopping near by. breakfast in the moring was ok. Hot water for showers, staff extremly helpful

The location and service was very good. However, the apartments were tiny. The two bed apartments could be booked with an extra bed, which we did, but really they were hardly big enough for two. Two of the 3 apartments had sofa beds which were quite hard and uncomfortable. The location was really convenient, and as Berlin is such a wonderful city, we only slept there.

This was an excellent hotel, in a very convenient location and extremely well equipped for families with babies. The bed is a sofa bed, but it was very comfortable. The value for money was very good.

Changing of towels should be done at least every 3 days in serviced apartments like this.

This hotel is very good located and is well worth for the money spend. I like the idea having apartment on your city holiday. Kitchen, bath and air conditioning are more than nice to have after a long day. And the peaceful mornings without cleaner knocking at your door every morging, that's ofcourse your own choice. I highly recommend this and wish there were more apartment hotels available in every city.

I did not realize that the sofa was the bed, and that in a twin room, the second bed was essentially a matress stored under the sofa. This downgraded my satisfaction and experience, otherwise, I really liked this hotel.

The stuff was friendly and willing to help us to any question.It is located in a very good and central area with many places to go. The only bad thing was that the cleaning service was on weekly basis.In general it a new ,clean and pleasand hotel. I firmly recommend it.....and of course Berlin is WONDERFULL!!!!!!!!!!
