The service was welcoming,the room was in pretty good condition,beds were comfortable,but in the restroom there were some tiny ants that didn't bite but were somewhat bothering. Also in one of the bedrooms the air conditioner was very noisy and it didn't let us sleep. Throughout the other rooms they were okay.

We checked in on Friday night about 9:30pm. The a/c rattled when we checked in. We were too worn out to move that night after moving all of our stuff plus kids up and down stairs. We called first thing the next morning and were able to get into a larger downstairs room for only 10.00 extra(plus tax). The front desk was very courteous, and *** especially went out of her way to help us out. She also assisted us in getting a room for our friends in the very next building. The parking lot is also very well-lit and safe. We will be back again this summer."

This place has the rudest people at the front desk ever! Our room was not ready for an hour after our scheduled arrival. It is not worth the money spent for what you get. You might as well rent a nice condo on N.Padre Island for the amount of money paid here.
