We couldn't get cold water out of the faucet; it was hot for a few minutes before cold water would flow. The bedding was less than comfortable. The iron supplied in the room was barely functional. The breakfast food was ok, but the only seating available was couches; no tables. Overall, the place seemed pretty run down and in need for a major overhaul.

I didn't spend a lot of time in my hotel room, but I had no issues there. Comfy bed, clean room, free internet and parking, maybe a 15 minute drive to downtown.

The rooms were clean. The location is good. The hotel is in the process of being updated. The heating system was poor as it was either always on and very hot or not on at all.

The hotel was a decent room, no real fluff, no giftshoppe, lounge. Under renovations. Safe area in Denver near shopping and food.

Hotel Front desk was quick at check in and check out. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel location is on a major road with restaraunts and shopping close by. enjoyed our stay.

Even with a twice confirmed, over 2 week advance reservation of a 2am arrival, we arrived to find they had given our room away with no explanation. The night clerk was rude and never even apologized for the problem. Only because we were so tired from traveling a 12 hr day did we take an available smoking room. Besides the gagging smelll of the smoke, the blow dryer did not work, there were disgusting stains on the bathroom wall and shower curtain, cracked sink, burn holes in carpet and the towel bar fell off! The only thing they did right was not charge my credit card for the night and the day clerk apologized. We stayed the rest of our trip down the street in a wonderful clean place at a better rate. I will never stay there or ever recommend it. They seriously need to gut it.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and this was the worst. I could not sleep at night because the room was dirty and hot. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone. The hotel should be torned down. Conditions of the hotel were terrible. I originally had scheduled for a two night stay and checked out the next morning and went to the Mariott down the street. I cannot say anything except PICK ANOTHER HOTEL. THIS IS A DUMP.

For $80 per night, the accomodations were great. I wouldn't have paid any more though. The hotel is pretty dated, thin walls (could hear people coming home from the bars at 4:00 a.m., lounge wasn't open at night, none of the pop machines worked, beds were very uncomfortable and only doubles.

I've stayed at this hotel about 7-8 times. It used to be a Sheraton until recently. The place is a little worn, but it has a good location. The prices in the 60-70 per night are very competitve. I don't eat in the hotel dining room but go to the little coffee drive thru that's in the parking lot. Very good and convenient. Internet DSL is free. You get what you pay for, I just want a clean quiet room and a comfortable bed.

This hotel is clean enough to hang your hat. But don't count on entertainment or even directions. The staff is young and not well dressed/manicured. Not informed about local area restaurants and activities. The decor is 1970's drab. the sign out side isn't well visible and you will pass it easily. resembles a dorm.

Good location, good value., good staff. We've stayed at this hotel twice ... each stay was a 4 night stay during Thanksgiving week. Both times the experience was quite good. Will stay there again this year.

I booked a prepaid 8-night stay at this hotel with my wife and daughter to visit family. I usually travel 75-90 days a year on business, so I've stayed in everything from 5-star luxury hotels to budget motels. I have NEVER had a worse hotel experience. During our stay, the fire alarm (a ear-shattering, piercing siren) went off 4 times during the middle of the night (twice in one night), and stayed on for at least 20 minutes each time. When I asked at the front desk what the problem was, I was told "It's not our fault - the alarm is heat sensitive so if someone showers with the bathroom door closed it will go off." They offered no apologies at all. The room key cards deactivated each day, requiring me to run down to the front desk to have reactivated before we could get into the room. Their explanation? "Not our fault - the system is old and we're waiting to remodel." Apparently it happens all the time, but they don't mention that upon checkin. Faucet temperature was unpredictable/dangerous - cold water came out scalding (burning my 6-year old daughter) - once again, no apologies even when shown my daughter's blisters! Just told "not our fault - the building is old." When we tried to check out and get a credit on day 6 (after 3 nights interrupted by fire alarms, 5 key deactivations and one trip to the emergency room for burns), I was told "There's nothing we can do because your trip is prepaid." DO NOT BOOK INTO THIS HOTEL -- no matter how cheap it may seem, it's not worth it. And if you do decide to stay here, do not go through a prepaid service because then you'll be trapped.

I was disappointed that the hotel was not what I expected. I would of liked to see dining available for more than just breakfast and we didn't even eat there, it wasn't much. If your looking for a place to sleep in a great location, this will be perfect.

I booked my hotel online. It was my first time going to Denver. After booking the room, I read the reviews written by other people. I was scarred and ready to have a horrible stay. Opposite happened. Hotel was clean, everybody was friendly. I guess they renew it after the new management took over. Overall am very happy to choose this hotel considering the price I paid.

We have had some nightmares with hotels but this one was great. The staff was very helpful, the beds were really nice and everything was very clean. Great hotel.

"Comfortable bed, but there was no phone book in room, hotel info was sparse and hotel had changed name from the time I booked to when we arrived."

Filthy - AC was not working Hair Dryer Broke No outside phone line available Remote control did not work Hotel Manager was unable (did not know how to) print airline boarding pass No fresh glasses after room clean up No new tissue after clean up Pool is a pit in a secluded area of the hotel grounds near unoccupied rooms used as offices Room Key not activated properly When we booked it was a four points sheraton. when arrived it was the "Cherry Creek Hotel" When asked for a credit off the bill for all of the above, they charged instead of credited our card.

"Location was great with easy access to I-25 and Cherry Creek shopping. Comfortable bed and great sheets but pillows sucked, had to buy my own at Bed Bath and Beyond."

I liked this Sheraton Four Points very much. The bed was very comfortable. The lobby was beautiful. I asked for directions at the front desk and they went out of their way to help me. I would highly recommend it.

I had a great stay. The staff was friendly. They have a convenient fitness center. The room was clean and comfortable.
