Need to sort out the administration. First given the wrong room (single room for three people to stay) then moved to older double room. When complained we were moved to another room which was better. I would have got money back via the credit card if I was not given the room I have paid for. I will never use this hotel again.

We didn't have a positive experience here. The staff upgraded us to what they considered a better room, not very appealing but it had attached bathroom. We learned quick, just because the staff was kind to upgrade us without us knowing it, it did not mean complimentary. We complained about the increase in price and they told us because they upgraded us and showed us the room we have booked on Travelocity. My itinerary stated a room with 3 beds; they showed us a room with 2 beds and a couch. We were told the couch was the third bed, it wasn't a sleeper sofa either and the bathroom was located in the hallway, to be shared with other guests. We knew this was a budget hotel and wasn't expected 4 stars service. But we weren't expecting a hostel either and for it to cost 70 USD per night for the couch to be considered a third bed, share a bathroom with other guest, and to be upgraded to room with private bath to cost 100 USD from this hotel.
