The room is surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels of the same stars and its very clean and comfortable. Well situated right smack in the middle of Paris's night life and the hotel is very close to the Metro.

Hotel Chat Noir was a great place for my mother and I to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and all spoke English very well. I was mostly impressed by how well maintained the hotel was. Our room was spotless every time we returned. The linens were clean and comfortable. The room is small but sufficient. The bathroom was spotless and it had a modern style. The downfall of this hotel was the lack of amenities and the thin walls. I would not recommend it for families with children and if staying there keep in mind that your neighbours hear everything. I would go out of my way to stay at Hotel Chat Noir in the future...but I may pack a pair of earplugs.

Very Nice HotelThis is a very nice hotel at an excellent price. The room was very clean, comfortable and modern. The staff was very friendly. It is very close to a metro stop. The only downside would be that the neighborhood is not very family friendly. It is tucked in amidst sex shops in the Montmartre district. I wouldn't consider it unsafe, but some might opt for a better neighborhood, especially if they have small children. As for myself, I would definitely stay here again.

Beware - it's in the middle of PigalleOk hotel. Very basic and only worth it if you can get a room for a decent price. They seem to have overspent on the black/white/red and Chat Noir branding theme and underspent on character. But it's not bad. It's clean. Biggest drawback is that it's right smack in the middle of Pigalle, next to a number of sex shops and you can guarantee harrassment as you leave the hotel. Very convenient for both Blanche and Pigalle stations and Montmatre. The staff were pretty nice and friendly. It's ok but I would have liked somewhere with a bit more soul.

Great boutique hotel right in the centre of thingsAlmost right next door to Le Moulin Rouge, amongst the touristy red light district, you just wouldn't expect to find such a quirky, quality design hotel.Great rooms, free wifi and fab breakfast.

Three star design hotel? I think notLocation is tawdry, hotel is OK but worth perhaps €70 a night - never the €120 I paid.

An excellent hotel, perfect for a group of friends, nestled right in the middle of very seedy part of town, so probably not recommended for families. Rooms were small small but perfectly formed and spotless (even the jet black carpets!) Quite quiet, despite being on a busy street and excellent breakfast. Highly recommended, would stay there again
