We have stayed at the Chase several times in the last 10 years and have found it to be a very good place to stay.

Nothing. Cockroach, used bar of soap in the shower as well as hair, rundown, uncomfortable, seedy. This was horrible! From the cockroaches, to the used bar of soap and hair left in the shower, to the door lock not working and the maintenance man being unable to fix it because he was on lunch to never getting our items from our first room after we had to switch rooms because they could not fix the lock. We were extremely disappointed. This room should never have been listed as a 2 1/2 star, 1 star at best.

We stayed at the Chase suite hotel over Thanksgiving weekend. We were close to Trolley Square, Temple Square, and relatives' homes. The room was big enough, with a full kitchen, that we even had the relatives over to our hotel for hot chocolate one night. When they came, we had a fire going in the fireplace and it was very cozy. With 3 televisions, 2 full bathrooms, lots of closet space, and 3 sleeping areas, our family of 6 was very comfortable. The pillows were a little lumpy, but everything else was great. The hot breakfast had quite a bit of variety, with different offerings each day. The front desk was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The only complaint I had was 5:30 a.m. mechanical noises. My wife loves the large vanity to spread out her stuff. I like having the toilet and shower in another room, so that one person can groom and the other bathe.

Great rooms and great breakfast! Somewhat difficult to find for an unfamiliar guest. After reading the reviews, I was somewhat nervous. I am sorry that people had a negative experience, but ours was great. It was a great place to stay with children.

The hotel was very nice and accomodating. The continental breakfast was wonderful. The shuttle service was excellent. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

Flimsy worn out saggy matress, excessively loud air conditioning, cigarette butts, holes in drapes, terrible bed linens, worn carpeting. The entire place was disgustingly filthy.

The bed was very comfortable, the continental breakfast was great. Overall it was great. We wanted to go swimming, but could not use the pool and it was to hot to use the jacuzzi The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. They have a great continental breakfast. There was a great variety of food. The room had a kitchen in it. It reminded me of a time share. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We would stay there again. Hopefully the next time we can use the pool. The grounds were very nice. Lots of Flowers.

Coming into the room we were overjoyed to find how spacious our Studio suite was, full kitchen, and living room area was perfect for what we needed.

Chase Suite Hotel in Salt Lake City was comfortable and the room was large. I chose this hotel primarily based on location (just east of downtown) and price. Because these rooms feature a kitchen they would be especially good for an extended stay. I just stayed for the weekend so didn't use these features. The staff was pleasant at check-in and check-out. I found the room to be a bit dark - the decor might have had something to do with that in the living/sleeping areas however the bathroom was too dark. The room had a sleeper sofa and a desk and a bar with stools for eating or working. There is free wireless in the lobby but you must pay for it in the rooms. This is a pretty standard room with a very motel feel but was clean and functional. There is easy access to public transportation (the TRAX train and buses) and many restaurants of varying price ranges within a 10-15 minute walk. There is also a Whole Foods about 1 block away. Very convenient location, adequate room.

It was close to Trax.

Bad maint. 2 days of complaining and the furnace still wasn't fixed. Doesn't look like the WEB photos. Old appliances. Poor weather stripping. Low quality in general. Great location. Over priced by 30. No direct NET access, unless you pay for it. Bad deal in general.

Price, closeness to our area of interest, comfort & nice quiet area. Nothing. A very good place to stay.

Great location halfway between downtown & the university. Friendly staff and great rooms with kitchen & fireplace.

It exceeded our expectations, included a full kitchen and was very comfortable. We did not get to stay long enough! The hotel is actually individual studios that include full kitchens, a sitting area, sleeping area and large bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised to find it to be very comfortable and clean, since reviews we had read previously were not very good. I think it is more than a 2.5 star hotel; it was much nicer than many 3 star hotels I've stayed in.

Good breakfast, spacious room. Old, musty smell, very dated. Wasn't pretty but was adequate and I had plenty of hot water!

Great to have a kitchen, didn't feel like a hotel. Felt like an apartment. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the whole place could use an update. We booked two rooms for our group. Overall it was a good place for us. It could use an update and a good cleaning. Was fairly clean but the carpet was stained and the bathroom had hair on the floor when we checked in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was limited but good. For the price paid it was a good value. They need to put a gate in the fence on the West side of the property to avoid having to go all the way around to get out. It would have been more convenient to access the restaurants on the west side of the hotel.

Nothing to like. Dirty. Terrible hotel no lights at doorways. I felt up safe and the bathroom was so dirty I had to request towels to lay all over floors.

I had to call to get soap and couldn't get an extra blanket.

Big, full kitchen. Not the cleanest. I was very impressed with the hotel for the price we paid and was glad to not have a dive.
