I had a great stay at this hotel. Their happy hour food and drinks was a nice touch so I could meet other guests. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful for someone like me who is from out of town.

the facility appears to be under renovation. Ther room was sparten bur OK. the Cabinets were a keep over from the old facility and not even clean inside the drawers. But the location is great and near resturants and other facilites. The Bed was probabaly a left over and too solf and the room is not well laid out. But for the price it was a bargin. We would use it again.

Nice room. Kitchen was a plus. Helpful staff. Flat panel TV. No indoor pool. Gym was offsite (local gym). The hotel was very nice. It appeared to be an old apartment building that was converted to a hotel, so there was a kitchen and a refrigerator, etc. Those features would make it extremely nice for a longer stay or for families with babies (like us) who have milk to store, etc.

The one bedroom suites are actually studios. Sofa bed was not very comfortable....have been in hotels with better. That was misleading to us on the website. Nice kitchen/dressing area. Nice breakfast and manager's social time. The entry door was not tight fitting which allowed quite a breeze to come in. We used the extra pillows or the sofa cushions to block the air. Had the studio been 20 less, we would have been very happy. Just expected more for what we paid.

Location and cost. A little hard to find the first time. Wonderful location and cost. Friendly staff. Does not have a restaurant but does have snack and one free drink in the evening and a breakfast with one or two hot items.

The rooms are very attractive & set up to feel very homey, the flat screen TV was an unexpected bonus. There are some unlit areas with a lot of bushes and stairways. The Chase Plaza Hotel is located very conveniently off of 435. Each time I've stayed the rooms have been very comfortable & the flat screen TV's have been an added plus. Rooms are equipped with full size refrigerators which is nice when staying several days at a time. The bathrooms are spacious and have nice heat accessories. The staff has always been pleasant at check-in.

Location - Nice large room - friendliness of staff. As always our stay at the Chase was excellent. The rooms are large and clean and the staff is always friendly. While it does not have a restaurant it does provide a social hour with one free drink (you can purchase more) and snacks and a continental breakfast with two hot items. A great place to stay.

The staff was very friendly. Clean hotel. Fireplace in room. Would have liked better quality soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. All staff members were courteous and friendly. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Location to convention center was very convenient. Loved the fireplace in the room. For an extended stay, the room was spacious and kitchen was wonderful. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Liked having a full size sofa in the room.

I appreciated the breakfast - warm food. The times of the breakfast - it ends early for anyone that wants to sleep in or go to Church. My hotel room was not warm and I was up most of the night because it was so cold for me. They did offer to move me but it was late and I did not want the hassle. I should have done that to be more comfortable.

Clean, spacious room - great amenities --good location. The room was quite large with a full kitchen and free wifi. There's a nice breakfast included as well as a social hour with a free drink.

This hotel was awesome for us as we wanted to make a quiet dinner and not spend alot of additional money and everything to do that was available to us. This is perfect for a night or a week. It also helps save money being able to cook in the room. Also the beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in!

Hands down a very attractive roomfireplace and full kitchen! Wish they had a hairdryer in the room. The rooms were all very modern and clean. Bed was so comfortable we didn't want to wake up. Only thing we wished we'd have known was to bring a hairdryer.

Nice rooms, kitchen included as well as a breakfast too! The hotel looked nice, almost like apartments. Room smelled like smoke, although there is a non-smoking clause, there was a dirty towel on the floor when we came into room, and when I pulled out the sofa bed, there were crumbs all over the mattress and there were stains of ll kinds on the mattress cover. Should have been cleaned. Otherwise the breakfast was very good and the kitchen would have been nice to use had we stayed longer.

Good location for our activities, including season tickets to KU basketball. In the cold weather the walk to the room is outside and its not always comfortable. Great buy - good breakfast bar - free US Today and KC Star - great location and great staff.

Location - Nice andlarge room.Friendliness of staff. This hotel is a gem. It is located in south KC at 110 and Lamar. The room combines a living room, bedroom and full kitchen. Many of the rooms have a fireplace. They have a social hour in the evening with one free drink and snacks and a wonderful breakfast buffet with one or two hot items. The staff is friendly.

Very comfortable hotel. I like the arrangement of each room, not like normal hotel, this is like individual family house. I like the kitchen, would be good for family to use. The breakfast is high quality, and it's free. Overall, I like this hotel much, and would like to recommend it. The only thing I suggest the hotel to improve is to add a notice where the office is. We arrived at night and our car entered the parking lot from behind, we only saw the hotel name, but there is no sign where the office is. We had to ask someone to find out the location of the office.

Room was large & comfortable you had the option to cook & eat in or eat at nearby rest. With refrigerator for breakfast and leftovers. This hotel was excellent value -- it was an efficiency apartment rather than just a hotel room.
