The property was noisy with a huge amount of kids and parties. 3am in the morning and they were still going. The sheets didn't fit the bed. It kept popping off at night. Asked front desk clerk about it and was handed a new sheet..sort of a "do it yourself" attitude. Tops of things were very dusty and items in the room showed wear and tear. The flat panel TV was mounted crooked on the wall. There notices on the room door to make sure you use all the locks at night...neighborhood is iffy I guess...but yet the property is not gated or fenced. Anyone has access to everything. Not very safe if area is sketchy. All in all we won't stay there again.

The suite size was nice. Room could have been much cleaner. This was a good hotel for what it costs, but I most likely would not stay again.

We were in town for a family medical emergency. The room they gave me had been made up, however all the dirty towels/sheets were still in piles on the bed and in the bathroom and the room was not vacuumed. The second room they gave me had several pieces of silver ware stuck in the garbage disposal, the disposal stunk, the door leaked cold air, the sound insulation was horrible, and the room was not clean. The management would not give me another room as they were sold out and did not offer any discount for the troubles. Very frustrating and I may not return.

Hotel staff was friendly and got me some muffins after the morning breakfast hours. Evening wine tasting? (one wine)was okay but selection limited due to my late arrival after dinner. Quick and easy check in/out. Room clean and equipped with kitchen amenities. Coffee in AM worked. Wall flat screen TV nice. All in all a good value.

All good. The rooms are very private and well stocked with everything. Housekeeping was very cooperative. It seems to be very safe for children. We arrived late and the security of people were very helpful finding our rooms.

We stayed one night over Christmas on way to Colorado. Hotel off Rt 80.The rooms appear to be recently remodeled and VERY clean. Plenty of extra pillows and bedding which was fresh and inviting.Pet friendly.Fully stocked kitchen with dishes and utencils for a longer stay. Includes coffee pot/coffee ;-)Very nice breakfast (included) off lobby.Would definately stay again.

The Chase Suite Hotel was very private, walking to my suite along well-maintained paths was very relaxing. The grounds are beautiful and gave the effect of staying at more of a resort atmosphere - which was wonderful. The location was excellent - within walking distance to the mall, something my daughter appreciated very much. The staff was quite helpful when I called the front desk with a question about the television - even offering to send someone to assist me if I requested it. The breakfast was wonderful - they decorated delicious cake donuts in the colors of the football team that I was rooting for that weekend! The room was quiet and outdoor noise was not heard. All the cares of the past week melted away when I climbed into that pillow-soft bed!

Very good location. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and evening snacks were very good.It is an older facility, however they have obviously done quite a bit of renovation and the renovation appears to be ongoing. Room was nice and quiet. Because it is off the street a bit, there was no outside noise at all.If you are looking for something in-town and away from the highways, it is very nice.Location includes close proximity to a nice mall, many restaurants, grocery, etc. Away from downtown, the stadium and university, however with good access to those activities. Try Grisantes for excellent Italian food. Just across the street. LIncoln people are very friendly.

Everything was great. Unheated pool. Best hotel we have ever stayed in. Great location and friendly service. Had lots of amenities in the room and I would definitely recommend to others

This hotel opened up a whole new attitude for me about these all suites hotels. I am a consultant and had to go work in Lincoln for a week. I live in Denver, so I elected to take the dogs with me.This hotel is "pet-friendly" and they really were Pet friendly, they gave me a dog bed and treats. They were waiting for us in the suite.I got in at 2AM and the night person on the desk was expecting me, greeted me by name and explained how to find the suite. The place is laid out like sets of villas with tees all around. It is not a suburban office park expanse of macadam. The cars are all parked on the perimeter, out of the way and it was just a 50 foot walk to the front door of the suite. The suite was huge, with a full kitchen, all the equipment that I could have needed. There is a city park just a short walk away. It follows the course of a small stream for longer than I could run. Bucolic - The dogs and I went there each evening. There was a well laid out free breakfast that I used every morning. I could get yogurt, fresh fruit, and boiled eggs. Other folks were hitting the waffles. What struck me was the friendliness of everyone, even the guests. There was talk and chatter. I even got drawn in.In the evenings there was also a heavy supply of munchies, usually enough to make dinner out of and more socializing. I asked two of the people that I was working with to come over and we had a couple of beers and the hors d'oeuvres. I am used to staying on the Club Floor of hotels -

The Chase Suits Hotel is beautiful. It has a pool and hot tub. The rooms are beautiful and are romantic. The rooms are practical for a person that plans to stay in lincoln for awhile. A person can cook and everything is furnished! It is ideal.

"We stayed in a Studio room with a nice sofa, Kitchen, and nice bathroom area. The comfort of the queen bed was not great, but stay there was nice."

Quiet. Tree droppings all over. Not bad but they would not give us two real beds. Which meant one of us slept on a sofa. Not real comfortable. They came out and told me this when I called. I thought that was really sub standard. Pretty good and there seems to be a different set of standards with this chain, after all the hotel was not entirely booked.

My wife and I just spent 3 nights at the Chase Suite. Everything was quite nice. We had a fireplace in the room which made it extra special. The room was spacious and even had a kitchenette. The bed was even comfortable. The only downside was they were remodeling the dining area during our stay so breakfast was served out of one of the guest rooms. But that problem should be solved now and the staff did a good job making the best of the situation. Great place for the money.

"This place is great! You get sooooooo much for your money and the staff is fabulous. I have never stayed at a better place! HINT: Stay during the week and you can enjoy the manager's social hour, it's fabulous!!!"

Great quality large suites, good breakfast, friendly staff. Remote location, away from the downtown. Everything else was great. My fiancée and I stayed at Chase suites over memorial weekend when we were back visiting my family. The hotel was a great buy for the money. The rooms were large withall of the amenities that we needed. The free continental breakfast was really good. There was also a pool and basic workout room, but I didn't utilize either of those. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel.
