Chase Suite Hotel offers a total of 96 suites and studios. High-speed internet access is available in all guest suites. Each guest room is complete with a full kitchen equipped with all the tools for cooking and eating. Most suites offer a fireplace in the living room area. Penthouse suites are two level and feature two bedrooms. Studios are available with two queen beds, one queen or one king size bed. The twelve buildings are set in a wooded area, providing an intimate and homelike environment. A complimentary enhanced breakfast buffet is provided daily and social hour is featured Monday through Thursday in the clubhosue. Valet service and a coin operated laundry facility are also available. Parking is complimentary.

This is a very nice place to stay with a family. there is plenty of room to stay nfor 4 adults in the suite we stayed in this trip. With more than 4 adults it is better to stay with the suites that have two bathrooms and an upstairs. There is also a very nice full kitchen in each suite. Breakfast is included in one's stay, which includes a daily hot entree, fruit, hot and cold cereals, bagels, muffins, choice of juice, coffee, tea, and milk, etc. You can eat as little or as much as you like. The hotel also is a few minutes drive from many restaurants, several grocery stores, and other shopping. It is also right off of the highway so that one can get downtown quickly as well as from one side of the suburbs to another. We frequently stay here when we come to Baltimore.

The loft area and having 2 Baths. The pool and hot tub where not able to be used until after we left, drove 14 hours and called ahead about checking in early before we headed to the golf course and got their and the lady was kind ofrude and would not let us, they left 1 towel in each bathroom each day, the cooking dishes were in bad shape and the microwave wouldn't even pop the microwave popcorn(very old microwave).

What a dump. when we called about the loft suite, they told me the rooms were renovated. When we walked in the room reminded me of the Laverne and Shirley show. I think they had the same couch and bed (mattress and bedspread too). The kitchen has not been updated since the 80's nor has the bath. no ice bucket. when I went to the front desk they filled up a plastic baggie for an 'ice bucket'. when I got back to the road I could not find a bottle opener. when i called down to the desk she told me someone would be right up with one. she also mentioned apparently someone stole it out of our room. the 'social hour' consisted of iceberg salad with 2 dressings of choice. nothing more, just lettuce and dressing. BIG JOKE!!! the next morning was the icing on the cake. the 'breakfast' menu stated, hash browns. the 'hash browns' was nothing but alpo in a can. my husband is not one to ever complain but at this point we packed our bags and went to the marriot. the fruit was fruit cocktail from a can. The hard boiled eggs were disgusting. they had the smell as if they sat in a freezer for weeks. how can you screw up hard boilled eggs?! the staff was super rude. could not help with anything. not one bit helpful or welcoming. i asked for help in finding things to do in the area, she pointed over to a rack of outdated brochures. no personal referral or attempt to help. The bottom line...go somewhere else! Oh, I forgot to mention. if you're thinking of traveling via the light rail plan to spend an hour to get into Baltimore.the light rail took 55 mins to get into baltimore. not worth staying outside of town.

This hotel was great for us, we wanted to spend some time at the Inner Harbor in Baltimore, but not pay the city prices. The Harbor is about 20 minutes away from the hotel. We stayed in a King studio suite which had a complete kitchen (just like home). There is also a great Mall nearby, The Hunt Valley Town Center. We plan to go back in the summer just for a weekend and enjoy the outdoor pool.The staff was warm and friendly, it was a great home away from home!

The suite was large and offered alot of comfort during my stay. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and I got a great night sleep. The location was great since I was less than a mile from my business meeting.

The location to the light rail and cleanliness. We were told that we were purchasing a room with a fireplace and it didn't have one. It did not. I feel as though we were paying for a room that would have had one. This was a huge disappointment to us.

My sweetheart and I (both seniors) stayed for a week at the end of November 2008 to visit family in Baltimore. We especially appreciated the full kitchen, with newer appliances, stocked with fairly high quality dishes and cookware, and a good assortment of utensils. We also appreciated the on-site laundromat, and several free internet computers by the lobby. Nearby shopping includes a huge "upscale" supermarket. To decompress, we went for long walks though the Oregon Ridge County Park (with playgrounds and hiking trails) just several miles away. At the hotel we found each staff person friendly and helpful, which mattered most when we changed rooms twice. We could not get the heat to work in the first room. In the second room, on the ground floor, we noticed that the walls and ceiling transmitted lots of noise, and the fireplace back-drafted wax log fumes (no wood burning allowed) from another fireplace into our room. We moved again and found our third room delightful, upstairs, no fireplace, comfy king bed, and with only one other guest in the eight-unit building. The suites, at approximately 400 square feet, with three closets, provide mid-range (far better than basic; far from luxurious) accommodations. We also enjoyed the relaxed environment somewhat removed from the bustle of commerce, yet a short drive to everything we needed.

If you don't mind barking yapper dogs at 6am, with the owners screaming at them to shut up, you'll do just fine at this hotel. The shower head popped off a couple of times while showering, almost clobbering me in the head. Had to call maintenance. The safety arm across the door was broken - I had to get it replaced. The carpet was unfurled at the edge of the kitchenette, tripping us more than once when you'd get your foot caught in it. The guest above us sounded as though they were walking on metal boards that clanked when they moved through the unit. It's an older building with paper-thin walls. Breakfast ends at 8:30am weekdays, and dinner is from 5-7pm. These hours appear to be for the convenience of the hotel owner, not the traveller. On the plus side, the back side of the hotel bordered a woodsy area and there was no street noise (only the barking dogs) - our room was at the back. The kitchen was generously sized. There were two clothes closets which was convenient. The towels were plush - always feels good to wrap up in a thick towel when stepping out of the shower.

I loved the cozy, home-like feel of the room. It had all the comforts of home. Little things like, no ice bucket or ice trays and no clear signage to where things were located.

I was very impressed with the Chase Suites. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were large, very clean and even had flat screen tvs. The only thing I would add is an indoor pool.

I was very impressed w/the room. Clean, lg, comfortable, smelled good, ashtrays outside for smokers, staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again and will definately recommend.

have not traveled much and this was a first time experience. every one was very friendly and very helpful we needed directions and they were nice enough to write out the directions,for us. breakfast was very good the hours were very flexable. the room was very clean and the coffee they left to be used in the kitchen was very good. over all a very good experience for the first time

The room smelled bad. Each another guest ran water, we could hear a loud, high-pitched sound, which went on all night. Listed as a no-smoking facility, we found nothing but discarded cigarettes outside our room. We could hear other guests getting sick outside our door. A mouse trap was inside a closet door. Carpet very dirty. No seperate bedroom as described. Nothing was what we were expecting. We left 1 day early and found another hotel to stay at for our second night of our trip. We would never stay here again.

Wow, was I ever blown away by Chase Suites! The room was huge, it includes a full kitchen, living with fireplace and very comfortable bed. For the money, I defy you to find a better deal. I highly recommend this spot for any occassion. I'm actually trying to thinkof an excuse to be in that area again, just so I can stay there.
