The Chase Park Suites is a nice place to stay. The rooms are large and we had plenty of room for the 3 of us. They allowed us to check in an hour early without any hassle and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful in finding us a room away from the interstate. The only thing that wasn't fabulous was their morning breakfast bar. It was difficult for the staff to keep up, because there were a lot of people that morning. It's just one of those things that happens and it would not deter me from staying there again. What do you expect for a free breakfast? Sometimes you get what you pay for.

I liked that it was apartment style. The hotel was nice and the breakfast was very good. The air conditioners were not well located.

The room had hair stuck in spider webs, by the base boards behind the door. I told the front desk and nothing was done about it the whole time we were there. The room sometimes was being cleaned at 5pm. when we were wanting to relax infront of the tv. The tv didn't come on all the time and had to unplug to shut it off. The garbage disposal was full and made us dry heave. I ended up cleaning it up to get rid of the smell. The room was damp, gave my wife pneumonia. The noise from upstairs costumers keeps you up all night. The front desk was friendly, but nothing was ever done about any of our concerns with the room. The lawn crew covers your car with what ever comes out of the mower and leave it there. Room service shorted us wash clothes and at times we had no coffee ground bags for coffee. The pool looked okay. There is a hot tub close to the pool. There is free wireless in the club house. Parking can be difficult if you come back to the room after 6-7pm. You will have to walk a bit. Spiders every were. We couldn't even open our sliding door because of the webs. There are alot of weeds and grass in the rock beds. A member of the staff said that a couple of the rooms get wet carpet when it rains. The place is close to a variety of places to eat.

One night stay during Holidays. Very clean rooms, recently remodeled, makes for a very good value. Bed OK but not as good as Chase Suites in Lincoln NE. Large room, full kitchen, pet friendly. Nice breakfast (included) with friendly staff at breakfast bar. No extra pillows ;-(We would stay again, but beware.....don't get a room at the back of the complex, near the highway, it's WAY too noisy.

The Chase Suite Hotel is a collection of small apartments that appear older than the surrounding hotels/motels in the region. Parking was difficult to find during the evening. The room I was assigned had recently been renovated, however the fixed shower head was placed that it faced a wall, so having to shower meant having to stand with your backside against the wall to clean yourself. Couldn't turn the shower head to reposition. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, and light bulbs were missing from the vanity making it diffiuclt to see clearly during the early morning. The television (flat screen) was difficult turning off, eventually I had to unpulg the TV. They did have a nice breakfast in a community room with nice country-like ambiance. There are nearby restuaruants including an Applebees, within short drive to two very nice and large malls, one built within the past two years. Easily located near major interstates 80 and 35.

It was clean, easy to find andhad a full kitchenette which was great. Pool was an outdoor pool, could not use this time of year. Great place to stay, better in summer with nice weather in light of pool being outside.

Large, clean room with full kitchen, excellent bed, and sofa. Low rise cluster of buildings made a great place for our stay with a little dog. Friendly staff and class A breakfast included in price.

Rooms are very nice and comfortable. No fitness center on site, but running trail very close proximity. Also many restaurants in close proximity. Would go back again.

Private, like a small condo. Not a lot of amenities besides the room, was ice cold whenI got there. Excellent rooms, nice suites, kitchen. Perfect for say, grandparents staying when no extra room available at the grandkids home.

Very nice hotel for the money. Little bit trouble with the clerk when checking in. We arrived the day after our hotel had been booked for but had called to say we would be arriving early the next day and to keep our reservation so we could get in our room before heading for competiion at the state fair. His first response was I doubt if there are any rooms ready at this time. My room should been available because I did not use the night before. As he spent another 2 minutes carousing his computer he finally states here are your keys.

Big room. Cold, noisy, TV and outdated. Was not worth the money. The room was cold, poor insulation. The bathroom was gross, mold. And you need a degree in electronics to operate the TV and wireless internet.

We discovered we were in need of a hotel a few days before we left for the state fair. Our original plans changed for what to do with our rabbits after showing. We were happy to find a cheap and clean hotel. We would recommend to other visitors.

The kitchen and the breakfast. The open staircase outside was not good for grandma.

The room had everything, even a kitchen. No hair dryer. I'll stay at this hotel again if I'm ever in Des Moines.

Very homy/cozy , we loved it and great job on your part. Not the best location. We enjoyed our stay and would like to stay there again when we come back to DesMoines.

Bathroom was dirty. Toilet, shower hadn't been cleaned. All was fine until we went into the bathroom. The toilet had not been cleaned. Shower had hair in it. Then the mattress was worn out, very uneven support. Overall, a real disappointment compared to the last time we stayed there several years ago.

Large room with kitchenette. I stay in hotel rooms 50-60 nights per year ranging from 2 stars to 5 stars. Room smelled of old cigarette smoke. Our unit was fronting an interstate and the constant traffic noise was the loudest I've ever experienced in a hotel room. Required us to turn the TV volume up very high and sleep with ear plugs. Bed was lumpy and sagged badly towards the middle. Upon check-in there were only two skimpy pillows on the bed, but after leaving a note, housekeeping kindly added two more. The shower curtain was so moldy that it smelled bad and the caulk around the tub needed replacing. When we arrived, the toilet seat was so loose that it barely stayed in place, but it was tightened after the second day. This is an extended stay property, yet there were no dressers in our unit and only one luggage stand. We ate breakfast each morning and the food was just acceptable, typical for most free breakfast properties. However, the milk was sour on two of the six mornings unacceptable. They charge a fee (modest) for wireless internet connection, something I experience only at higher end hotels.

Great breakfast, great staff-helpful, really liked the kitchen area. The bed was too soft and lumpy. I would recommend this place because of the kitchen area and being able to save money by cooking one meal at the hotel.

The kitchen and the room were filthy. I complained to the staff on several different occasions and it was never clean even when I got to the room. I would not recommend this to any family or friends, unless they take a look at how the rooms are being cleaned.
