I have traveled all over the world, this was one of the best and largest rooms ever. No do not disturb sign available. Local cable co. had not provided new HBO guides for March. Nice, clean andlarge suite. Nice grounds. Pool appeared clean and hot tub was warm. Mini tennis court was a first !

This hotel was a great value for the price with wonderful amenities. The rooms had everything one could need and the expansive lobby with breakfast buffet was great. It also allowed me a place to meet with people while in Baton Rouge.

Clean suites, friendly and accommodating staff. Each suite has a furniture piece blocking the return air, and the filters need cleaning. We have stayed at this Chase Suites once a month for the past four months, and each time the suites were very clean, and the staff was exceptional. On the last visit, my sister forgot all of her medications in a drawer, and when we went back to get them, the cleaning person was in the room, and was very accommodating and relieved that we had gone back for them. That's what we like most about staying there. Except for the clean rooms.

Room was loud, had old appliances, my front door never completely shut at the top, and just felt unsafe. It was a big room with a full kitchenette and the gumbo was awesome.

From check in to check out, everything was great. Front desk employees very friendly and helpful. The rooms are like small apts. Like home away from home. Could not of ask for a better place to stay in Baton Rouge. I will be staying there again on my return trips to Baton Rouge. They offered hot cont. breakfast, which included, meats, biscuits, pastries, waffles, pancakes, fruit, and much more, which was very good. I can not say enough about the employees, they were very friendly and wanted to make sure that my stay was comfortable. Looking forward to my next visit.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very outdated. The hotel suite was more like an efficiency apartment that was built in the 70's. We found the bed surprisingly comfortable and the room very clean. It's not a bad place to stay, but it is certainly not a 4 or 5 star hotel. The room was very outdated, and could use a renovation. We will probably not be staying there again.

This hotel offered many amenities that other more expensive hotels in the area did not. It would have been nice to have dvd/vhs players with the televisions in the rooms. My family and I have stayed in several other (more expensive) hotels in baton rouge. This hotel by far was an incredible value and provided far more amenities. It was clean, the grounds were well cared for and the staff was efficient and friendly. On my future trips to baton rouge, I will call this place home!
