Sleepy Hollow We were very surprised to learn that breakfast did not start until 08.30 on Sat am. If we had seen the times for breakfast on the website we would not have booked this hotel. We consequently had to forego breakfast as we wanted to leave by 08.00. We had to buzz three times to get attention at reception in order to checkout and got the distinct impression that we had got the manager out of bed! Otherwise, a pleasantly situated hotel, perfectly clean, decor a bit dated, TV reception iffy. Can't comment on the food!

Lovely family run hotel, we received a very warm welcome. There are no specific children's facilities at his hotel such as toys/games but as a base for a short break we found the hotel to be excellent.

set in the most gorgeous area of Charlton Kings!! the hotel offered great friendly welcome... the room was ready well on time as a special request because of a family wedding i had to attend, the following day at breakfast i was well looked after and when i left i felt part of a family of caring people!! great stay!

A very enjoyable stay. The room was excellent and the breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel - a very good choice and I thoroughly enjoyed the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.

a friendly hotelOnly stayed one night but felt really welcome from the outset. I was visiting friends in the evening so did not have the opportunity for an evening meal, the menu looked good though.Breakfast was good.If you want to visit this area for business or pleasure with a no frills but friendly and clean hotel then this is a good place to stay.

cheltenham gold cup nightvery clean and smoothly run but atmosphere felt a little bit too cool and businesslike.some way out of cheltenham centre but very good pub/rest within walking distance. a one night only hotel for me.

As a business traveller, I need to stay at wi-fi enabled hotels. Unfortunately my laptop would not work for various reasons. However, I was provided with a laptop by the hotel to use during my stay....fantastic customer service provided to me. The hotel itself is very clean and food good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
