This hotel is obviously an old one that has been recently renovated. It is not particularly spacious and the bathroom was very small: toilet and shower only. However, the room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. For the area, the stay was a good value.

Appreciated availability of free computer for internet access. Everything ok. An attractive hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms. The complimentary breakfast was quite good.

The staff at the Charlevoix Inn were all very helpful. When the room that we orginally booked was not available, they gave us an upgrade for the same price! The continental breakfast was very good also. The vending machines were not very well stocked, and we wished that the pool and hot tub were open for longer hours, but overall a very pleasant experience.

Staff was great, excellent free breakfast, clean & comfortable. They have the lowest rates in the area, so wasn't sure what to expect but we were very surprised! They have a nice court yard where you can walk your dog. Across the stree from a very good restaurant & a golf course. It's within walking distance to the beach and near down town. I'd recommend it to anyone!

We only stayed for one night but will have to come back for a longer stay. This hotel was very clean, the staff the friendly and best of all it was centrally located near the downtown area where they had some great bargins going on. When we told the person behind the desk we were going to the Odawa Casino in Petoskey, she offered us a $5.00 package good at the casino. We did not expect that.

Nice staff, nice pool. Old, outdated, in need of renovation, small beds. Hotel was older and clearly hadn't been updated in many years. Air conditioner was loud and clank. Room had one small double bed. Luckily the staff was very nice, which made up for a lot.

Our room was held even though we arrived late. The staff was rude and did not let us sleep. This hotel seemed nice on the outside and the inside. The staff did not understand a small request to clean our room last, so that we could grab two hours more of sleep (we arrived at 3:30a - which they were expecting). They were too business like for a hotel, not enough human courtesy.

Clean room, good service. Good 1 star motel, not 2 star. Clean facilities, good service. Just the basics, but the motel was well maintained for the price. Nice location, close to center of Charlevoix and beaches, Marina, Golf course. But our stay was pleasant nonetheless.

Nothing. The location wasn't bad, and the hotel appeared to be nice, but when I went to check in I was informed that the pool and hot tub were closed due to a spider infestation!
