What are your breakfast options?: Breakfast is available from the menu in the restaurant. The cost is about Euros 12 for a full English breakfast.
What transport is available to get around?: We can arrange a shuttle service but normally recommend car hire. We can arrange airport transfers - but if the guests wish to keep their car for their holiday but be driven back to the airport we can do this. Or they can swap to a smaller car in resort. This service costs very little more than an airport transfer. It is with http://www.psl-bg.com - They speak very good English and some Russian (and Bulgarian of course).

Any guests wishing to stock up on provisions - they will do a shop stop at the metro Cash and Carry in Plovdiv (on the way from Sofia or Plovdiv airports).

There is a free shuttle service to the ski slopes and resort centre 3 times a day - morning, lunch and afternoon (subsidized by the chalet owners and included in the rent).
Do you have internet?: Chalet 25 has internet in the chalet - no cost. The intention is to extend this service to all chalets but currently this has not yet occurred.
