Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Been to Marmaris previously but have never experienced anything like this place. It's like they're operating a boot camp. Not even allowed to put clothes on floor of your room without them complaining your room is a mess. And they hate the British. The cleaner doesn't even bother cleaning your room and your luck if you get your sheets and towels cleaned. First toilet roll is free there after you have to buy your own. When we first got there we thought it was nice until everything started falling apart. 3 guest got robbed in there apartment and someone tried getting in our room at 6am in the morning. The manager was a miserable twat who never smiled and gave you evils all the time. You were treated differently and sensed staff wanted to talk to you but they weren't allowed. I fractured my leg at the Aqua Park was in plaster of Paris and crutches. Room was on 2nd floor and nothing was done to Accommodate to a ground floor apartment. No lifts or tv in hotel. Transfer people said the hotel was nicknamed the Gaylan Apartments. Very poor customer service. Even if you bought from hotel they told people you didn't. Staff chatted behind your back.
