This 10-storey hotel was opened in 2004 and comprises a total of 411 rooms of which 17 are apartments and 17 rooms adapted for physically challenged guests. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and lifts. Further facilities within this air-conditioned hotel, which also owns a student residence, include a cafAc, a restaurant with a smoking area, Internet access and a conference room (capacity of 10 - 400 persons) equipped with state-of-the-art technology (simultaneous interpreting, equipment for video conferences). On the ground floor of the hotel is a space of over 1,000 mA2 for exhibitions. There is a car park for those arriving at the hotel by car as well as a bicycle storage facility.
