It was walking distance from the Taste Of Chicago!

Simple, less expensive, excellent free business services and friendly helpful staff. Recommend this place as an alternative to more expensive hotels in Chicago, with all the business amenities for free.

Great hotel to stay , in the centre of Chicago. A 3 minute walk to the Blue Line train which connects to O'Hare. The only slight problem I encountered was the wireless internet in my room continually dropped out . this is rectified by simply asking for a LAN cable.

the hotel has good services, clean, good location, the price is good, I'm very satisfy for staying in this hotel.

We went to chicago for valentines day weekend. I was shocked by the price of the room online versus calling the hotel directly there was literally a $30 savings booking the room online. When we arrived eventhough we pre-paid online for our room we were told they needed to hold an additional $90 cash or hold our credit card (which I'm leary of doing thats why I pay online). It wouldn't have been a big deal if we would have known about the deposit before we got there and we could have bugeted a little better but when it's thrown on you like that it makes you leary of the hotel. The room was clean... no fridge or microwave so it kind of forced you to spend extra money eating out. The room was kind of small but it was big enough for us... the only downside about the size of the room was that there wasn't a bathtub... which sucked because it was valentines day and after a long day of shopping it would have been nice to soak in a hot bath. The last night we stayed we could hear doors slamming and we forgot to lock the door before we went to bed I woke up to someone (drunk) barging into our room! I was not happy about that but since I work at a hotel I know that kind of stuff can happen and I should have locked the door. Free water was nice, and the work area. However I couldn't find the exercise room... even though they have pictures I don't think they actually have one at this property. Desk staff was kind of snobby but they could usually tell you what you needed to know.

The hotel front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small and there was no bathtub but neither was a problem. It was very clean and had plenty of hot water for showers. The bedding and pillows felt very fresh, fluffy and comfortable. Would definitely choose this hotel again when in the area. The hotel had a great location with almost everything in walking distance.

The hotel was great! I really enjoyed the location as well as the purified water on each floor. On my check out day, they were working on the floor and two of the elevators were shut down, but we made it to the lobby to check out on time.

I personally love staying at this hotel in Chicago, I stay here every time I come and that is usually 4-6 times a year- They have remodeled it and it looks great! I love the water bottle dispensers in the halls, so nice and the staff is friendly- The restuarant inside the hotel is a bit pricey and the food is o.k. Great place to sleep, very clean, kind of small but if its just one or two people not a big deal- I love this hotel and highly recomend it to anyone looking to stay in the loop of chicago for the price and location it is an amazing deal!

location convenient (but congested on fri late aft, early evening). lounge very loud & busy friday night, hard to get service. check in fine & pleasant front desk staff. had to call in for exit info, and directions by front desk clerk to a tee.. room very pleasant, super clean, except tv not in convenient location to watch fm sleeping/bed space. parking not the cheapest/convenient, but overall experience, great bang 4 the buck. would return & recommend to associates.

The location was excellent, very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable, only 3 blocks from the Sears towers.

I requested a room as far away from the smoking floor as possible, and my request was accommodated. Room was one of the remodeled ones, small, but okay. Desk in room had all the cables for computers. Front desk staff was most helpful and very nice, very customer-service oriented. Check-in was automatic and fast. Hotel is ideally located, and I walked to all the usual Chicago tourist attractions.

Location. I was told there was no coffee because their members were not there. If you can get it cheap its OK, if not move on.

The bed was very comfortable. Would get a little bigger room for the next visit. Felt just a little cramped. Laundry bill was outrages. If I had known their was additional charges to the print out in the room closet I would have never ask for the service. Especially when the items didn't get done for three days instead of 24 hours. Seems that most services were padded with additional charges. My budget was tight this trip - I will be better prepared for next time.

Perfect location, friendly staff, excellent room. It's not a huge room but typical of downtown urban hotels. Good value for the price. I highly recommend the hotel to others.
