Hey Guys, This place was GREAT, not at all as in the review of Jan'09, excuse me!. Yes its an older hotel but We found it very Clean & the staff polite & friendly. Rooms were spacious & their unique design with the corner drink, think & view nook was perfect. Every Breakfast was a treat,the only thing missing was some Dim Sum & cheese for your omeletes, but the staff made up for the small ommissions by their smileing welcome every morning. The pool on the fourth floor was a more than adequate. Yes the elevators were slow but they are too at my local shopping centre here in Brisbane, Australia! The location was fantastic & within walking distance to the night markets and food bazzars. For the price amazing value, Go For It!!

i have stayed this hotel twice and found it to be pretty good - the elevator problem is an issue but with all 4 working i had no problems this time - great location for shopping - its a good all round hotel, very big and very busy with lots of families and kids, o therwise great value

We stayed here for 4 nights and it is well located in the heart of everything. The Hotel was very good in all aspects with outstanding customer service from all. Would certainly stay there again next time.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location near the Night Bazaar - other than that it was dirty and disgusting. The non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke and we found books and magazines from a previous visitor's visit underneath our bed. The "non-smoking" rooms had cigarette stains in their carpeting. Don't be fooled by website and book recommendations, this place was terrible.
