The staff is friendly, too many theft happening almost every day,from clothing to identification, try and get out in time, you may spend an extra week there, a week of hell. I don't wish this discomfort for anybody

Safe, Clean and definitly alot of fun. My friends and I stayed over last week for 4 nights and four days and you definilty get alot more then what you pay for. This hotel isn't as fancy as the others but definitly a lot of fun, many things to do.

Nothing has changed in this hotel since my first visit in 1995. Have held a timeshare there since inception and what a downhill turn its taken! This was one of the first hotels in Playa Dorada and I always loved how friendly the staff was and all the activities and shows there were. It used to called Playa Naco and they maintained it well. NOW, i dont event have words to describe it. It seems the maintenance is not there. The room we stayed in still has the same bedspreads, furniture and ACs from YEARS ago even though they tout its been remodeled under the new Celuisma. Hardly... it looked as though the bathroom tiles in one of the bathrooms had been redone but only in certain sections. The humid room, loud and old AC system and the doors that you had to push with your body to open didnt help the situation either... the kitchen? totally 80s... tvs? small this place really needs to be remodeled so that it can reclaim they beauty it once had.

"Hotel is old, has changed management, food cold, Rooms smell of mildew. We have stayed in 4 resorts in DR and this is by far the worst. Its the first time we haven't been satisfied at an all inclusive."

"The website mis-informs you and the staff doesn't care. The food is awful, unless you like liquified shrimp. Nothing opens or closes when it is supposed to. Very dissapointing!"
