Description:
Glittering nightlife, famous casinos and a short drive to Lake Tahoe add up to make Celebrity Resorts Reno an exceptional urban retreat. The resort's gorgeous indoor pool, hot tub and sauna, on-site gym, sun deck and putting green keep guests busy when they're not out on the town. Nearby golf courses and tennis courts provide another opportunity to "swing." PLEASE NOTE: The heated indoor pool is back in service; the hot tub jacuzzi is temporarily closed for renovations. We regret any inconvenience. If you prefer the great outdoors, a 1 hour drive to Lake Tahoe offers superb boating and water-skiing in summer. Winter snows bring world-renown skiing to the area. In fact, within 90-minutes of the resort you'll find the largest concentration of ski facilities in the world. So take a chance on a sure thing: Celebrity Resorts Reno. Smoking rooms available upon request. Front desk available 24 hours a day. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age. No boats, trailers, or RV's. Please note: Resort fee of $3.99 per day must be paid directly to property upon check-out - it is not included in your pre-paid booking. This Resort Fee includes: unlimited local calls, 30 mins Domestic long distance, business center access (fax, copier and Internet access - this does not include in-room wireless access), in-room safe, crib/rollaway (limited availability), coffee (every day 8-10) and self parking.

Nice room with kitchen and utensils. Very friendly staff. Good value. Covered parking.

When I called the front desk to ask for maid service I was informed that Celebrity Resorts is actually a time share resort property and doesn't provide maid service to guests that stay less than 7 days. They did offer a towel exchange and trash removal. This property is an infill property with little houses, a vacant lot and power lines alongside of the building. I wouldn't expect a great view from any of the rooms. Pluses would be a large selection of tv channels, microwave, mini fridge and kitchenette. Staff is extremely nice and friendly. Location is central; close to downtown, river, parks.

There was no housekeeping available, we had to call for some towels. It was a hotel that I will only stay once. Never again will I book this hotel

When I reserved the room it only had two stars so I was a little worried. It was great. The staff was really friendly , the room was clean . Pool and spa felt great and we were able to go at any time. We will stay there again!!!

I loved the location. Wished that the pool/spa wasn't out of oreder for remodeling. Tv's were small and old.

With children the kitchenette, location of pool and spa, games etc makes a Reno visit much more relaxing then the Casino Hotels. Grandparents liked it too. We were able to spend time together in the comfy living room.

It was close and convenient to the airport, for dining out and business classes we were attending.

The only complaint I had was that the a/c unit was SO LOUD when it turned on. Other than that it was quiet, clean enough, close to the river and walking distance to downtown area. They could restock their vending machines a little more often though. Late night munchie search netted not much in their lobby vending area. Though we didn't take the kids this time there were daily activities/craft time for kids that looked fun. I absolutely loved the pool and spa. Spent every morning in there recharging for another day of gambling and drinking. I'd stay again.

the rooms are nice , the walls are thin, ( next door banged on the wall because i sat on my bed, hmmm) and they don't do room service. Non , and i was there for 3-4 days.. the people at the desk was nice. it is a place if you cant find anywhere else to stay in Reno. I wasn't happy and i wont stay that this accommodations again.

Right off the bat I want to make it clear to everyone that this is a TIMESHARE hotel. So you don't get daily maid service like at a regular hotel. Next, the hotel is antiquated & needs a total renovation. Third, The A/C systems in the rooms are a joke. Blow warm air & even if they blew cool air you'd never get a wink of sleep. Loud, like a train in your room. Fourth, Walls are thin. Fifth, The wireless internet is a joke. You have to call an 800 number & pay a private vendor $10 a day. The service didn't even have enough bandwidth for me to check my email. All I could do was check the news. What good is having a kitchenette in your room when it's hot & noisy in your room & you can't even get a decent nights rest.

Just a nice hotel and the price is the best around. Hotel staff is nice and friendly. Great motorcycle parking for Street Vibrations. Its the only place I want to stay.

"This hotel was in good order, clean, and presentable. The room was very nice with a small kitchenette. (ie. fridge, range, microwave) the staff is very friendly and helpful. We will be coming back to stay there again."

We arrived at the hotel and the outside somewhat old but nice when we got into the room we thought how lovely they provided everything you could need it was outstanding staff were pleasant it was quite everything was great.

"Good location for the price. Near downtown and the river park. This is an old ""motor court"" hotel that has been renovated very nicely, except for parking, which is sized for model T's. You WILL put a ding in your rental car."

It is a nice place. But the price was a little bit higher.

"for the money, this was a terrific choice. clean, good towels (not enough towel racks) the staff was very friendly and helpful. i will stay here whever i come to reno!!!"

The Celebrity Resort in Reno was awesome. The hotel staff were great and even called our room to be sure that everything was well and to see if we needed anything. Each day the staff posted bulletins informing all guests of what to do and the cost (if available) around Reno and at the resort. This was most certainly one of the best hotel experiences we have had. The staff were very friendly and answered our questions about how to get around and what was available for activities. We felt safe parking our vehicle on the property. Hands Down A++++ For the property and it's staff!! We can't wait to stay there again!

"Great price and the room was nice. One elevator was not working and appears it hadn't worked in some time. Also, the mandatory surcharge for the in-room safe is just plain tacky! Nice indoor pool! Close enough to walk to the casinos.....but be very sure that you get a room that faces the interior of the hotel or you will regreat it!"

Normally sleepless in Reno is a good thing. However, the reason I couldn't sleep was due to the room conditions. The windows were all single paned and the wind howled all night. The side of the bed that was closest to the window was drafty and cold. The heater would make a loud noise and kicked on about every 15 minutes.

"The room was perfect for us, but, this was a timeshare, and we did not know. We arrived on a Thursday, and left on a Sunday, and maid service is only given on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It would have been nice to know in advance, so I could have made my bed, and stocked up on the items we were sure to run out of.It will be fine for the next time.I do have to say that the older gentleman who checked us in on Thursday, Robert, I believe, was absolutely adorable! He was kind, friendly, accomodating, and just plain charming!"
