We did a time share exchange with or points and ended up with a studio type unit - awkward 1 bedroom, bath and den/mini kitchen combo. Felt we wasted our points - it was more like a hotel. Unit very small for three of us, jacuzzi tub step makes it very precarious - definitely caution against for people with knee problems or just people who are not so spry, hard for me with no problems. Trash on walk throughout stay - on last day housekeeping whisked it into the flower garden by walk. Chameleon in unit last night forced daughter and I onto couch - front desk said they get a lot of those because housekeeping leaves the doors open when they clean, if it happens a lot - why doesn't housekeeping keep door shut?

I stayed here several while attending a conference. The hotel is located on a fairly quiet street, so no excessively noisy traffic. I had a mini suite with a bedroom and separate living room area. The rooms were clean. I did have some wake-up call issues, in that I never received my wake-up calls (three times), even after discussing it with the front desk folks. I would stay here again; it is a good value for the money, good location, and clean. I'd make sure I had an alarm clock, however!

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and it was wonderful. The unit was beautiful and absolutely immaculate -- no bugs, no bad smells. I was surprised at how spacious the suite was -- it really is a full-sized kitchen, living room and bedroom, with a huge Jacuzzi tub. We were told that Celebrity just bought the hotel and they were in the process of renovating the whole property. The employees were very helpful and gracious. Would definitely stay there again -- you can't get a suite this close to Disney for this price anywhere else.

The accomodations shown here in the photos were quite different from what I actually got. I will not stay here again. The beds are horrid, the "jetted tub" was not all that it was cracked up to be. The tub looked like someone drilled holes in the stock tub and threw the jetted portion together as a modification. The room I was given looked and smelled like no one stayed there for several months. The bed sheets were dirty, the televisions were tiny and the remotes didn't work, and I had to pick the hair out of the towels prior to using them. The room keys stopped working and I had to get another set. The "business center" is a computer on a desk with a fax machine that isn't hooked up to a telephone line.

Celebrity Resorts Lake Buena Vista was surprisingly to us a very nice and relaxing resort. The unit itself was recently updated, was very clean and very comfortable. There were four TV's in the 3 bedroom unit, one king size bed in the master, 2 doubles in the second bedroom, and 2 queen sofa beds. There was also a corner jacuzzi off the master bedroom and another whirlpool tub in the 2nd bathroom. The full kitchen with all new appliances were wonderful. The location of this unit is really good to all the attractions, great selection of restaurants next door.

The hotel was ok for a one night stay but not for a family vacation. The pool is very small. The Front Desk personal was very friendly and knew the information about the area. The room was clean but the bathroom need it some maintenance(Tiles, white line around the bathtub). Definetly need a TV upgrade.

when we got in the 3 bedroom suite it turned out to be 2 living rooms and two bedrooms , they opened up two suites and called it a three bedroom suite. the third bedroom is the second living room with a fold out sofa. the sheets and towels were stained and there was no maid service. nobody cleans your room as long as you are there. the pool had broken tiles and looked that it hasn't been cleaned for a long time.the whole "resort" ( which is far from it), should be re-evaluated ,because it certianly is not a 3 star hotel . it should be a 1 star hotel.

I really enjoyed the location. It was in great walking distance to different resturants, shopping, and more. Me and my husband felt right at home.

The pictures online are very misleading. We have a large family and the Mini Suite certainly will not accommodate 6 people (children or adults). The mini-suite will only comfortably accommodate 2-4 people max. The location is great for Animal Kingdom and Disney activities but I don't think we will ever stay here again. We were truly disappointed.

"Pleased with spacious 3-bedroom unit. Resort just refurbished; unit was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped with roomy kitchen, two bathrooms, both with jacuzzis , FOUR TV sets, fluffy towels, supplies, and washer/dryer. The pool was smallish, hot tub, needs to have the tile re-grouted. Several maintenance items in our unit were attended to within 10 minutes. Perfect location for Universal Studios, Disney Sea World and about ten good restaurants in easy walking distance. Supermarket only 4 miles away. Enjoyed our stay."

My reason for choosing the Celebrity Resorts was because I had been there before and loved it as a weekend getaway. But this experience was bad from the beginning. The first room was 915B, and after unpacking and getting settled, I wanted to get into the jaccuzi, but to my surprise, it wouldn't turn on. I called the front desk to complain, and was told that there was no maintenance on staff at night and she stated but you have unpacked haven't you?, and I told her that it didn't matter if I was unpacked, I still needed to take a shower. Then she said that she would have to put me in another suite, and hung up the phone. So I called her back, and she said you have to come to the office. This in my opinion was not good customer service. So I went to the office and said that of all the trouble that I had gone through, I she receive an extra day or something for my troubles, and all she said was I'm sorry and didn't offer any suggestions and it seemed that she was very unconcerned. When W moved into the next room it was 9423B which was the same type of suite, but the air-conditioner was leaking and had filled up this big tub behind the closet, and water was all in the closet, and the right side of the bedroom floor was soaked. There were some repairs that obviously needed to be done before letting anyone move in. I was just asked by my daughter about it and I told her to find some other place, and have told all my family and friends not to book at celebrity resorts.

I Was On Vacation With My Mom, Dad, And Two Sisters. It Was Great. It Was Really Comfortable. We Actually Didn't Spend Much Time In The Hotel But It Was Still Really Nice. We Got The Three Bedroom Two Bath Deal And It Was Really Spacious. One Of The Bedrooms Was Just A Pullout Couch. My Younger Sister Got That And Me And My Older Sister Got A Room And So Did My Parents. The Kitchen Was Big For A Hotel But We Did Have To Buy Supplies For It. Dishes Were Included And Silverware Too. The Maid Service Won't Clean Up While Your There But If You Request On Check In Day They Will Come. The Pool Was Smaller Than I Expected But It Was Still In Good Condition And Clean. I Would Definitely Beg My Parents To Stay Here Again. I Had Alot Of Fun.

"I booked a standard hotel room which celebrity actually calls a mini-suite. This was much more than a standard hotel room, namely a jacuzzi in the huge tub, a separate living room area with a sofa bed, medium-size fridge, microwave, sink, closet, dishes, etc. Free use of 2 washers and 2 dryers and a nice pool and outdoor heated whirlpool. Great location just a few mintues from Disney's East gate/downtown disney with tons of restaurants nearby. Great friendly staff and no hidden fees! Very clean also, not a single bug seen. I would definitely stay here again!"

This place has very limited help. No service if you need anything. Needs updating! No celebrity would be caught dead here. I will never return. Blow dryer pulled right off the wall. Outlets don't work. Can't dail phone out of the place. Carpets were soaked after being cleaned. Ceiling fan blades were falling off the fan. If you need nothing you'll have a okay time. Pool was very nice water temp was like bath water.
