This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this hotel. The last two times were wonderful, we had an A+ rooms, this year, prices went up and we were put into a room that was not very well kept. Staff was friendly, but didn't live up to the expectations of the past.

Here for a get-away weekend. We were on the 2nd floor (Garden Level) in a 1 br unit. Very comfortable bed and it was very quiet. The kitchen had everything you need. It is located about 1.5 miles from down town. Has an indoor pool and hot tub. Tennis Courts need work and have several large cracks. The place is in need of a paint job on the outside, but the interior was very nice. When you check in you will get the offer to listen to the time share presentation. We told them we were too busy and he didn't give us any pressure to go. Very Nice. Staff was very helpful.

The rate we paid for this room seemed too good to be true. It was. Upon check in, the hotel room (a 2 level condo facility)upstairs was very hot. The A/C for the upstairs blew mildly cool air. Not enough to cool off the room the entire evening. The hairdryer in the room didn't work. When we pulled back the comforter and blanket on the bed, we discovered a giant wet spot going all the way down to the mattress. I wouldn't go back to this hotel.

We booked for 3 nights but only stayed 2 nights - were checked in to a lower quality room because they had been overbooked, and after 2 nights we were miserable and went elsewhere. We booked for a King size bed but ended up with a (very uncomfortable) queen size. They also don't provide regular housekeeping - 'full' housekeeping requires an extra $* fee - or 'light' housekeeping services that are only provided once a week. We certainly didn't save any money booking this condo and expected a lot more for the price.

We were a little nervous about the great rate, but all our fears were quickly dismissed!! HUGE room with every amenity and then some ...... would stay there again in a heartbeat!! Even the kids loved it!!

The hotel staff was very helpful. The room was more than spacious, with separate bedroom and living area. I loved that there was a television in the bedroom as well as the living room. The pool room was beautiful with a panoramic view of the mountains. If I ever return to Steamboat Springs, I will stay in this hotel again.

It looked like many of the rooms however, were rentals but not sure? Our floor was fine but there were screens out and curtains amiss on other floors. Staff was very nice to us and the laundry was FREE! I would stay there again but at the price I paid and no more. No problem. I would rate 2-3/5 stars.

This resort has great views on the hill. The resort has a great shuttle that takes u to the mtn and downtown. The 1 bedroom split level condo we stayed in was very nice with a sleeper sofa. The kitchen was big enough to cook all meals .The living room was fine and we had a great view. There was also plenty of ski gear storage. Upstairs we had two more closets, and a nice king bed. The maid service was great. There is a great heated indoor pool and a nice hot tub. We will also stay there again.

We were given a one bedroom suite and two bathrooms. Nicely furnished, very comfortable king size bed. The sofa bed was so so. The staff was very helpfull. Even though not in downtown area, location was very good, at the top of a hill and only 2-3 min drive to the village center. We enjoyed our stay.

The inside of the condo was fairly nice - loft style, although the building itself is rather outdated. The walls are paper thin so you can hear people coming and going in the hallway. I was very disappointed that the hotel would not give us a late checkout. We had come for the Steamboat Triathlon and needed to take showers after the tri before the long drive back to Denver. Although it was extremely slow season and it was clear they would not be busy and no one would be checking in for that Sunday night, they would not give us a late checkout and insisted we be out by 10am. In previous years, other condos have given us a late checkout, eg the Ptarmagin House. They did however, let us come back after and use the bathrooms for the pool area to shower, change.

Celebrity Hilltop offers large 1 bedrooms, 2 tvs and fully stocked kitchen. While it is an older property it is clean and offers a great location. The rate is very affordable. I will return.

The room wasn't clean when I arrived. There were dirty towels in the bathroom, dirty dishes, the pull out couch was broken and the trash had not been taken out. The TV was on the couch and when I told the front desk about it they said it would be taken care of and when I returned 4 hours later it was still on the couch.
