Average hotel for average price. No coffee maker in room was a detriment. Did have fridge, microwave small couch. This could be considered a motel maybe if it weren't for the couch to make it a "mini-suite." Upon arrival there was no soap and no shower curtain. Breakfast was ok...terrible eggs but good, hot waffles. Rooms are older and getting run-down.

Clean, quiet, convenient and friendly staff.

Perfect for my needs... an overnight on my way to Walla Walla after a late flight into SeaTac. While the description states 24-hour front desk, it was unattended when I arrived at 1AM. I think I woke up the manager's family when I rang the bell, but the desk staff was polite and pleasant, despite the interruption. Clean, quiet, decent complimentary breakfast... and a really reasonable price. Nothing really super special, but no surprises and no drama, so I was happy with the stay.

We have four kids so often when we travel we stay at economy places...and they were all better than this place! When we got to the room, I used the bathroom and found wet towels from the previous occupant hanging on the door... so my husband took them back and got new ones. I should have known thent that this wasn't a good sign. Then my 5 year old wanted to take a bath- which was fine until we found there was no plug. We called the front desk and asked for one, but never got one. My son was going to use the pull-out bed in the little couch in the room and found a sign saying "Couch don't work- don't use". Then my daughter found a half full diet coke can by the bed... When we went to sleep, one of the beds was off it's base, so when my husband sat down on it before laying down, it fell off the base. So here we both were, at 10:00 at night, shoving and pulling this bed trying to get it squared on the base so he could sleep on it without it tipping over in the middle of the night. I'm sure the people below us loved that. Speaking of beds, we reserved a "mini-suite" with two queen beds and pull out sofa- we ended up with one small room with a microwave and fridge, a yucky bathroom, no pull out sofa and two full size beds (unless Queens have suddenly shrunk drastically and our bed at home is not really a Queen after all!). I didn't expect a four star hotel, but this was really pretty bad. The front desk guy was really nice though!

We were on family business, but Cedars is a great place to stay. The beds are great and having a microwave and refrigerator in the room is a plus for the price. The breakfast offered is one of better we have had. We would stay there again, our 2 night stay was wonderful.

Quiet , excellent breakfast included. Far above the usual. Offered warm cookies and milk at 6pm to 8pm. No hot water first night, but staff had some one working on it and was fixed in good order. One of Yakimas best kept secrets. Newer and bigger hotels have cut this one off for good visiabilty from road. But well worth the search. Comfortable and clean and the price was amazing. Thanks.

If you just want a room that isn't a dive, this place was great. Fridge and a microwave. The room was a little on the small side but I just needed a bed. The room was quiet and I even saw a security patrol go by. The front desk was very nicet and the continental breakfast was pretty good too. Aside from the usuals, they supply a couple of waffle irons and batter to make your own fresh! I had a little trouble finding the place (I haad to call) but it was worth it to me. For a simple room I give it 4 stars.

The breakfast was satisfactory. No maid service during the entire stay. Not even to empty the waste baskets. Hole in bathroom door! I would not recommend this hotel.

I've been traveling to Yakima on business for years. I'm glad *** directed me to this place. It is a good value. Fairly new, nicely appointed rooms, better than average breakfast.

the price was very attractive relative to the other hotels in the area. the breakfast featured omelets as well as the traditional fare.

Very happy with the quality of hotel for price. There was a bit of a seedy element from other guests congregating outdoors. Provided a clean, spacious room for a great price. Small sofa, refrigerator, and free internet were convenient. Staff was friendly enough but not overly helpful.

Great location, can walk to downtown in just a few minutes and check out the many shops and curios available in the area. many very nice eateries and sites.

Easy access. Pillows and mattress were too firm. The hotel has easy access from the highway. I would only recommend this hotel for anyone who doesn't mind sleeping on a firm mattress.

The check in process was quick and simple, the Front Desk person was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was simple, comfortable and clean. Access to the room was easy and parking was close. We had a good nights sleep and woke up to a good breakfast buffet in the lobby.

Very clean and convenient room on ground floor. A little hard to find, but clean and friendly with a reasonable breakfast. Quiet and comfortable. Near restaurants.

When I first arrived to the hotel for check in the staff was very friendly. The unwanted insects in my room! The hotel is in a nice location. The sfaff are very friendly and the rooms are attractive.

The Cedars Suites Yakima had a good location and was very clean and orderly. Some of the staff were very friendly and other staff members merely intent on getting business conducted. Overall it was fine for a one night stay but I would not stay for a longer period of time.
