Good value for medium priced motel, beautiful views, clean & spacious room; pool area clean, facility quiet on my view side (no ill-supervised kids, no ""partyers""; staff very helpful, good location. There;s a little problem with mice on my balcony but they promise to address that tomorrow - we'll see! If they get rid of them then I'd stay here again and recommend it to others.

First, this is NOT a resort as the name says. Typical of a motel that has seen better days, but has had enough cosmetic changes to make it acceptable. The view from our private balcony was great. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Small bathroom. Perfect location for walking to shopping. The walk along the Oak Creek is great although the steps down to the Creek are steep and not for those with any physical challenges. There are much nicer looking places to stay in Sedona for the same price or less, but none have as convenient a location.

Large, comfortable rooms. Balcony with breathtaking views. Reasonably priced. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Be sure to ask for a room facing the creek, on the 2nd floor, as these are the best. Will definately return and recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Choose this hotel. It is walking distance to Sedona's downtown shops and to Tlaquepaque, and believe me, you do not want to deal with parking in Sedona. Most of the rooms have balconies and fabulous views of the red rocks and sounds of Oak Creek out your back door. (Even the bottom floor rooms have balconies because the building is on a hill.) Room was very clean and comfortable. Parking is right outside your door. I'd recommend a top floor room if you can manage it to avoid noise overhead. Frig in room. Staff was very accommodating. Very reasonably priced. We'll stay here again!
