Tried to cancel reservations and they say their system is down. The owner was so rude and would not confirm that this was taken care of and so we had to call our credit card company and tell them what was going on. We will now call the BBB and turn them in. We use to love this place until it sold to the new owner who is rude and will not tell us that our 3 rooms that we had made reservation was canceled because of an extreme illness in our family. I now can not trust to place and our family will now not use this place after 20 years!!! We will wait for our billing statement and then take action if he billed us.
