I would not stay there again. Did not get the room we requested. The hot tub was dirty, the pool to cold. The part that really upset my small daughter was a person screaming at someone in the parking lot. We later found out it was the owner. She was out of control in front of customers. Not very business like.

worst hotel ever. Woman who owns it is a very rude woman. Staff are very rude. Would never talk to customers like that.

Friendly staff. Said that their prices had dropped and it seems I paid a higher amount. My stay was nice. The rooms were clean. The grounds were well maintained. Overall experience good. I did enjoy my stay and plan to stay there again.

This hotel was very difficult to get in and out of from the main road. Hotel amenities were not as listed. Fitness center was not a "center", but a few pieces of equipment, with no heat and room keys were not able to get you into center. You had to obtain one from the front desk and none were available. Exit stairways were unheated and very cold as weather outside was 25 degrees. Pool itself was nice, but chemicals seemed to be out of balance. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of drinks, cereal, breads, waffles, eggs.

Convenient location to people I was visiting. A lot of people hanging around outside late at night. Hotel was fine for the 1 night that we needed it for. Do not know if I would feel safe if I were traveling alone.

This hotel had lots of amenities that made it nice. N/A We liked this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and we liked the rooms with coffee, fridge and microwave in them. The room was clean and staff was friendly.

Extremely friendly and efficient staff. The hot tub was not hot. Check-in was smooth, room was what we reserved. The only bad problem was that the hot tub was not working.
