We found this place to be everything it claimed. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a Luxury Suite automatically which was a very nice welcome for us. We planned on visiting the casino's and going to Mystic Seaport and the beaches so this was perfect. Just a few small details missing. The cleaning crew are not the best. They clean but never get the details like making the beds correctly. Visable dust/spider webs. Or couple of small spots of mildew on the shower curtain and never left any cups in the rooms, but will all this said we'd go back any time. Very comfortable and restful.

The rooms were well maintained and clean the double jacuzzi and king bed were great. Common area (outside) was cluttered too many statues and chairs. Office not HC accessible. The hotel was clean and well mantained. The double jacuzzi and king sized tempered bed were great. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, the outside looks trashy. The area we parked in had lots of junk piled bu the dumpster and the outdoor common area was overrun with rusted metal chairs and tables and old broken cement statues. The outside does not do justice to the inside. The office is not handicapped accessible.

We booked a luxary suite with a whirlpool at this hotel just for one night July 3, 2009. We didn't have high expectations going in, but expected more than we got. Upon arrival, there was nobody at the front desk, I waited for about 5 mins until a woman came out and rushed through the check in process, very rude. Driving down the hill to our room, there were people standing outside drinking and beligerantly yelling. We get to our room to discover that not only was there no whirlpool like we were promised, but the room was so tiny that there was hardly any room to walk on the sides of the bed. You could not fit into the bathroom door comforatably, we had to stand against the opposite wall to even open the door (this is not a weight issue, me and my fiance are of normal proportions!). There was a door in the room that appeared to be a closet but when it was opened, there was a thin, rubber wall that was serving as a barrier between our room and the room next door. The "non smoking" room had a VERY strong cigarette smell in it. It was small and disgusting. I called the front desk and told her we payed for a luxary room with a whirlpool, to which she told me I did not. We packed up our things (we definitely weren't staying, it was unsanitary and felt unsafe). I went to the front office to speak to the woman directly and give our keys back. I showed her the paper work that showed we had booked a room with a whirlpool and she told me that that's not how it was sent over, but refused to show me any paper work. The owner then came out (very unprofessional appearance and mannerisms) and told me that they were not allowed to show me anything and that there were no other rooms available. She also informed me that the room we were put in was a "last minute room" and guests aren't usually to stay there (what?!). This place and the staff left a very bad taste in my mouth and I definitely would not recommend them to anybody.

The limo service and limo drivers was very nice to and from casinos. The beds where rock hard 5to7 happy hour no apps lefted at 5:20pm. Over priced made to sound better than what it is.

My sister and I stayed there in Feb 2008..We found the staff very nice and especially helpful. Very convienent to Foxwoods and Mystic Seaport Our room was clean and spacious. We were abit disapointed in the offerings for breakfast as the waffle iron was not working either day of our stay. Maybe they could have gone out and bought a box of waffles ?? We will stay here again in the near future.

Nice and close to Foxwoods. The limo ride was an added feature. Staff was friendly. The outdoor fireplace was nice and relaxing and a good way to meet other people. The continental breakfast was more than we thought it would be. The grounds were well kept. Overall well worth the price.

We stayed here for the convenience to Foxwoods and complimentary limo to the casino. The remote for the TV in our room didn't work and neither did our phone. This place is good if you are just looking for a bed to sleep in with a few comforts. It was nice to have the microwave and mini-fridge, but we didn't use it. The TV remote didn't work, which was slightly annoying, and our phone didn't work, so any time we had to call the front desk we just used our cell phones. The staff was nice, and the free limo to/from the casino is extremely convenient.

We stayed here one night to visit Foxwoods Casino. When we arrived, there was a line to check in. Although the staff was curteous, they were quite slow and it appeared they were also understaffed. When we arrived at our room, the door was unlocked and it had not been cleaned yet, and it was after 5 pm!!! So back to the office to wait in another line. We were offered another room until the reception desk got a call the room was now ready. How clean could that be in 15 minutes??? The bed was quite firm for our liking as well, but if you like memory foam, I suppose that was acceptable. As for the complimentary breakfast, which was served from 6 to 11, ther was no coffee available when we arrived at 10, and there was little left to choose from as far as food goes. The staff did not even appear to be interested in the "breakfast room", which had no seating. The only seating was outside, a little too chilly for a November day. The counters were also a mess. Overall, we thought the place had potential and the complimentary limo to Foxwoods was a very nice feature. We stayed on an off night so the rate was less expensive, but at the regular rate of $200 a night, we would have been very disappointed. HIRE SOME STAFF PLEASE!!!

Literally a basement unit so the floor was tiled with a de-humudifier in the bathroom. No light over the outside door, tv remote didn't work. Light next to bed & standing pole light didn't work. Missing lightbulb over sink & the mirror was too low, so standing at 5'8 my head view was cut off. Orange electrial extension cord hanging from ceiling in bathroom. No facecloths or hand towels. No coffee for coffeemaker. An envelope for a houskeeper tip that was old & stained. Ceiling ^ walls are like paper. We could hear everything 7 I mean everything from our neighbors !

This is an adorable lodging - not your ordinary hotel. The property is made up of free standing octagonal structures, ours had 3 other units in it neslted in woodsy surroundings. There is a common patio where a managers reception is held and fire pit is lit at night - kind of like camping wihout the roughing it part. The best feature is the Temp-r-pedic beds - top of the line. We specifically chose this hotel to try out the beds before investing in one (which will be delivered next week by the way). The complilmentary continental breakfast was typical - pastry, cereal and the waffle maker. This lodging is perfectly located between Misquamicut Beach and Foxwoods Casino (limo service from the hotel)- I look forward to enjoying more than a few weekends there next summer.

Cedar Park Suites was a great place for a weekend get-a-way! My husband and I enjoyed the "Happy Hour" with complimentary drinks and eats along with the entertainment. We took full advantage of the "free" limo rides to Foxwoods. Kenny provided prompt and professional service to and from the casino. Our room was clean except for the shower curtain, quite moldy. They do have great whirlpool tubs. We had a tub for 2 but the room was very small. The other rooms that had the tub for 2 also had a fold out couch with a sitting area, they were much larger. We didn't spend much time in the room but if we go again I am going to ask for the larger room. The location was great, a quick ride to Mystic, eat @ 10 Clams, quick good eats for lunch or dinner. Also a short ride to Rhode Island beaches. Really nice spot.

Close to foxwoods. Room looked very warn down, not up to date, not too many towels, face clothes, somewhat dirty, not a lot of tv channels, no videos to rent/on demand Not impressed, but for the money to be expected I guess. Very surprised that this hotel is AAA approved.

The room was clean and extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and made us feel right at home. The beds were so comfortable I hated to leave and the whirlpool bath was so soothing. They offered us snacks and drinks outside when we arrived and in the morning we had a great breakfast. It is one of the nicest places we Have stayed and look forward to going back some day.

"I booked a last minute getaway for my wife and I.We opted for the deluxe room but it wasn't close to the room pictured on their website. A tub/shower with jets isn't a whirlpool tub as pictured. The room was passably clean but lacked maintenance. No closet, coat hangers or hanging hooks anywhere. No washcloths and few towels."

It was dirty, with damp sheets, non-working t-v's and there were bugs.

They served a buffet breakfast it was good. Staff was unfriendly. The room was small, decor was not very good. Lights did not work, key card for door was broken. As I said no TV selection and being red sox fans we wanted to watch the play offs. Lady at front desk told us we weren't welcomed back because we we're unhappy about the TV. The distance to the casino was to far and we will never stay there again.
