I was happy with the motel - was upset to find out I paid about $40 more going throukgh Orbitz - WON'T BE DOING THAT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Very clean, nice beds, big rooms. No issues. Surprisingly clean and quiet, especially for the price. Very nice pool and hot tub. It is an older motel, but recently renovated. Very well done, I had no issues with the hotel and will stay there again.

Helpful staff in answering questions about local area. Bed bugs. Started off great. Good economic motel with average accommodation, helpful staff, and a good location. Continental breakfast in the morning was good. The big problem was in the morning, we woke up to a large bed bug crawling across the sheets. This thoroughly disgusted my wife and my have scarred her for life to motel/hotel bedding. I showed the front desk the bed bug, and they apologized and asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. In my opinion, the front desk should of insisted the manager speak to me about this matter. Motel/hotel rooms can be small and outdated, but the beds must be clean and bug free. This is a requirement on their part.

Two families stayed at this location. It was clean, large rooms with fridge, TV, and Microwave. Close proximity to downtown. Was better than we expected. Thank you.

Only the convenience to where I needed to be. No coffee maker, lumpy bed, AC only blows noise, no air I had to let the water run for 10 minutes before it got warm enough to wash my face. They did have a continental breakfast so my daughter was able to get a cup of coffee, but had to get dressed and cross the parking lot for it. A coffee maker would be nicer. And the hot water was not. So I went back to the room and boiled my own tea water.

Having stayed in numerous hotels, this was twice the price it should have been. Of the two desk clerks, one was quite helpful, the other seemed obligated, but not geniunely enthusiastic. The Continental Breakfast was almost adequate -- needs some fruit.

Great place. Will stay there again. Great for families. Parking was not the greatest. Will stay there again. Great for families if you don't mined staying away from the hot springs pool. Great place to stay we will be back.

The hotel was close to the main downtown area. Its easy to get around. The hotel is clean, larger size rooms and inclement weather it was nice to have an indoor pool. Basic continental breakfast

It had a nice view. The parking lot is congested. Inconsiderate motorcyclists & very seedy guests, would not stay again. The rooms were okay, but the inconsiderate, seedy guests made the stay a negative experience.

Liked having microwave and refrigerator in room. Was not enough choice for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and thought the bed and pillows were comfortable.
