the employees there were very responsive to issues, and customer service was also very good. The location was excellent as well. However, the room was not in very good condition, needed updated, and the noise from traffic out front actually woke us up several times. The shower barely trickled out--there was just no water pressure and the restrictor shower head REALLY restricted the water flow. It was not pleasant to shower there--it took me >5 minutes to rinse my shoulder length hair. The towel bar was broken in the bathroom and would fall off the wall if we were not careful--it was even hanging crooked so we know that the maid had to know it was broken. It was not fixed while we were there, and truthfully i was embarrassed to tell them about one more thing that was wrong. The first night our living area rug was soaked when we returned that evening, and they came up immediately and were very responsive. the repair man fixed it the next day, but the rug remained very wet for a few days in that location. they did try to use a shop vac, but it really didn't do much. our sink stopper was broken as well--would not stay open and water would accumulate in the sink, and the repair man fixed that as well. But, I just wasn't impressed for what we paid and I think that we could have done a whole lot better for our money. this was our honeymoon and even though we are an older couple (45 & 49) we still wanted a nice place to stay. there was also a strange odor about the room as well. I never identified it's source, however. the sofa was very old and not in very good condition.

Size of room, bedding and layout of room. Shower was weak. The rooms were very clean, quite large and well appointed. The front desk staff was very helpful. This facility was family friendly.

This was the second time I have booked a last minute getaway this year. The first time, I booked a weekend at a hotel that looked OK in the pictures, but it was a dump. I had lots of trepidation about booking a hotel I knew nothing about, but needed to stay be at the beach for the weekend. When we got there the front desk was very courteous and polite. There was no "mixups" and within 5 minutes I was on my way to the room. The room, or rather suite, was surprisingly nice for a non-branded hotel. I was expecting the typical beach dump, but everything worked and was clean. The only bad things that happened the whole weekend was that the door cards demagnetized, which the front desk had explained was happening and the A/C in the bedroom was loud. The view from the balcony is not a beach view. Rather we overlooked Coastal Highway which isn't much view.My kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, but it is not big enough for adults. It's more like a very large hot tub. There is a large assortment of things that can be checked out at the front desk free of charge including beach "equipment" such as umbrellas. I'd definetly stay here again.

My family and I stayed at the Cayman Suites Hotel thru 4th of July week. We had an exceptional attendant who kept our room clean and did such an awesome job. Whenever we needed anything, someone was also there. The rooms were clean and all the employees in the hotel were VERY friendly and everyone works very hard. The pool area was great and also kept nice and clean. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good experience in Ocean City.

It was good for the price and was clean except the couch in the living room, they should have steamed cleaned it. I had to keep asking for coffee but every complaint was corrected promptly! It was a short block away from the beach which was very convenient with two small children. I would stay again because they fixed what was lacking! The kitchen utilities was very useful and saved us a lot of money on dining so we could spend on other things.

The location. Water Pressure too low. A budget suite hotel that won't break you. But don't expect too much. The suite was spacious but very cheaply appointed with outdated furniture. Bathroom cleanliness was also an issue along with low water pressure in the shower.

The checkin time was 3pm, so we checked in at that time. However, we had to wait an hour because our room was not clean. Finally, we went into our room around 4 pm. The bathroom was not clean. There were hair on the toilet. There was no door man or no one to help us with our luggage.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and gave us suggestions on making the stay enjoyable and easy. I suggest the hotel replace the blow dryers. It was old and didn't work.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel needs a thorough cleaning and a renovation. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, this hotel needs to be renovated. The underground garage had mouse trays in the corners and I saw a mouse in one of them. There was a plastic tray under an air conditioner duct in the hallway to catch the water. The fridge in my room did not work. These are little things but they add up.

Excellent customer service. This was our first time to Ocean City and going to this hotel really helped my husband and I want to come back. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The rooms were perfect because it had the extra sofa in the suite. It also was clean and neat. The hotel even had an indoor pool which was great.

The hotel was just average. Our bathroom floor was pretty dirty looking and our toilet plugged twice in the one night we were there. The pull out couch was the most uncomfotable bed I have ever been on. I know there are not perfect but this was TERRIBLE! I woke up with such a sore back from sleeping on the metal. The staff was nice when we complained about the toilet

Large suite with door separating bedroom. All bedrooms overlook highway, front window over busy walkway to see ocean. Breakfast not included. Large suite with separate bedroom. Beautiful room. Generally very clean, though the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Good privacy. Friendly, helpful staff. Indoor pool. Bedrooms overlook highway, can see ocean over shorter buildings from front window, if your room is on the top floor, but busy walkway in front of rooms, so you can't really leave the front curtains open to watch the ocean without people looking in. Breakfast not included. Exterior of hotel not as nice as photo, but nice enough. Recommend this hotel.

It has a kitchenette with stove top, microwave, small fridge and dishes. TVs in living area and bedroom. Close to the beach. The only thing I didn't like is that like most Ocean City hotels, once the bars close the drunks come back to their rooms and raise a ruckus on the patio. However, the front desk was very good about taking care of this on an immediate basis. I'd recommend the place.

Kitchen had pots/pans/plates. 2 TVs/DVD players. Slow elevator, getting worn, needs freshening. Close to the beach, but far from the noise of the boardwalk. The kitchen came with pots and pans, plates and silverware, and was fully useful for full meals. Two TVs, each with DVD player for rainy days, and the desk will loan you DVDs for free. The building is older and showing wear, but clean and provides everything you need.

Iliked the location and the room in general. The hotel was niceI like the size and location.I didn't like the lady at the front desk but overall it was a great place to stay and definitely looking forward to going back!

The room did not have two separate bedrooms and a living area with fold out bed as I anticipated having. I think that the facility is a lot older. . The double beds were extremely springy and uncomfortable. Of course I could add that the price was certainly cheaper than some alternative suites hotels be far. However, one needs to take into consideration that you get what you pay for and there are no really cheap fantastic places to stay at in a beach town community.

It was a suite with 2 separate areas and it was near the beach. The bathroom was not very clean, and the towels were quite cheesy. The bed was comfortable, however the sheets were too small and constantly came apart. The bathroom towels had simply been refolded as they were still damp. With 5 floors, there was only one ice location. The parking was good and we didn't have to get wet going to lobby and our room.
