We experienced every amenity available during our family stay. The staff was friendly for most of the areas visited but with a name like Fun City I would expect more from the entire staff not just small sections of the staff. The rules enforcement for specific height requirements was the biggest disappointment as my 9 year old was allowed to operate the single rider go-carts by himself for the first two times through the attraction but then because of a supervisors wild hair located in a you fill in the blank location up his (A--) he was not allowed to drive by himself the 3rd time through the ride, this type of inconsistency is not advantageous to bringing customers back especially when it brings a child to tears. I wanted to immediatly leave and take my business elswhere but my son is more forgiving than I am and convinced me to stay, but I can guarantee that we will not be back to this facility.

I can't tell you as we were not allowed to stay in this estabilishment with children. Most of the staff acted like we were an inposition to them. From signing in, to life guards being avialiable to supervise the indoor slides. The staff acted like we were imposing on them. From the minute we signed in this hotel acted like we were not welcome. The employee,s watching the indoor pool, fun park at one point decided to open outside doors because she was hot?? It was cold outside. The lifeguards took a break without warning or reason and no return requirements. They were there at their discretion it seems and no one else's. I have been there before when it was a best western and it was much better. Would I go back? NO. Even when we to breakfast they were rude. They acted like we were imposing on them. That we should know the routine. How are we to know the routine as guests? I would not suggest this hotel to someone I disliked!
