Hotel was great, rooms well maintained and to top it, the price was terrific. Breakfast was super, esp the fact that they had someone making hot egg options for you. Convenient access to grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Access to downtown brussels in 10 minutes by tram.

This little Hotel was one of the cleanest and most modern facilities I have stayed at in Europe in many years. Room was perfect- large comfortable bed, working color TV, plenty of data ports, electrical plugs and lighting. Huge, spacious bathroom...just terrific! But why only a ""4""...Just a little too out of town, away from the Grand Plaza. Many cab drivers did not know where the street was, and although the Tram stopped on the corner, it was too long a ride to be usefull while attending a show at the Expo.

last minute stop in BrusselsThe hotel was very nice inside and the staff was friendly, but it was pretty far from the main train station. We had to take a taxi which was just an extra unanticipated expense.

Nice hotel, nice bedroom & bathroom. Not in the center but very easy access with the tram and in a quiet location (good night sleep guarantee). On the negative side, the breakfast is not great, the bread not that fresh and limited choice. Watch out if you want to watch your favorite programme on TV : there's still no cable TV despite the manager's promise 2 years ago !!! good if you like Spanish channels.....

nice reception staff, spacious room, fairly clean, hotel quite far out but accessible on Tram 92, which is only a minutes walk away. I stayed in room 608 which I found to be quiet. Would definately stay there again.

Just 4 tram stops out from Loiuse - a clean well run hotel at a good price. Grouses: internet access is charged, and access to fresh air requires a joint degree in glazing and soft furnishing. Rooms on the back are very quiet, those on the front more susceptible to intermittent noise.

There was no electricity in the room - no television, no lights, no means to charge my mobile phone - the air con did not work either. I woke up the following morning to discover that there was no hot water either - going to work on a cold shower was not nice!When I complained to the front desk they told me it wasn't their fault and refused to offer any compensation. A serious hotel does not expect clients to pay full fare for the room when the client has not actually benefitted from any services. A very poor show indeed!!!!

An excellent hotel which represents very good value for money in Brussels. Rooms are more than adequate and breakfast excellent. Staff very helpful. Loaction is not central but there is a good tram service nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

Modern with nice bathroom including a bathtub (not just a shower). Can take the train from the airport, but need a taxi from the train to the hotel. Tram is available but with luggage that can be a bit of a hassle. Breakfast not included but a very nice buffet available for extra charge including eggs cooked to order for you. Considering the prices for Brussels, we felt the hotel was a good deal.

Great hotel, very cute. There are good places to eat right around the corner. Only negative is that it is a little far from the center.
