It was decent value for the money. While decent value for the money, I thought this was subpar for a 4 star hotel.

This hotel was not very close to the main square and cathedral. The rooms leave a lot to be desired. The first room they had me in was like a little dungeon. I asked for an upgrade and was placed in the one shown in the pics. The service was nothing special. It was extremely noisy and tons of construction in the area. Not necessarily the hotel's fault, but still inconvenient. The elevator was broken the day I got there and had to carry all my luggage upstairs. When I called for room service one night when I was sick, no one answered the phone during the 3 hour room service window.

Thank you for helping me with accommodations at the Emperador Trajano in Servilla, Espana. This was my second stay at the Trajano. I'll continue to use the same hotel for future visits to Sevilla. It's a great location (save construction in the area). The Trajano providesnice rooms and friendly, dependable service.
