The resort is the ultimate Kauai beachfront rental property, conveniently located yet absolutely private. The spacious 1- and 2-bedroom apartments are set on Wailua Bay on the island of Kauai. The complex has a total of 18 units and includes a lobby and parking facilities.

The roomy 1- or 2-bedroom Kauai condo rentals are individually furnished and feel like the islands. Each one of these gorgeous Kauai condo rentals comes with a full kitchen, wet bar, cable TV and VCR. There is no air conditioning but ceiling fans are provided. An en suite bathroom with hairdryer features, as does a direct dial telephone, radio, kitchen, fridge, cooker, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities and an ironing set. The balconies overlook the lush gardens and the sandy beachfront.

Guests are offered a variety of activities including snorkelling, diving, kayaking and sailing. Guests can also soak up the Hawaiian sun on the sundeck, walk to Plantation Marketplace for a bite to eat and some shopping, play golf at one of the many world-class golf courses in the area, or swim in the saltwater pool. The condominium resort provides mid-stay housekeeping service for stays that are 7 days or longer. As a result, the property will not be offering daily maid service in lieu of this mid-stay clean. Guests who are staying less than 7 days can purchase additional housekeeping services at nominal costs. Extra towels and amenities will be provided in each unit prior to check-in. Guests can request for replenishment of the bath amenities at any time without charge. There will be a small fee for the replacement of towels/linens.
