They had card-key rooms and fairly modern furniture. You could tell everything was ikea. The room were rather spacious for the double we had, which included a desk/sitting area. Bathroom was petite, but clean. Overall the room seemed clean, but dingy, the stale scent of a smoker's presence didn't help. But the location CANNOT be beat. You are literally ON Plaza Zocodover. The hotel also has a restaurant in the same name, we didn't eat there b/c we wanted outdoor dining, but it was packed with locals when we checked in at lunch time - so that says a lot.

Hotel is in good neighbourhood close to the RENFE station with shops and a park. Nice and helpful staff. Rooms are not soundproofed, so not for light sleepers.
