at the time i signed up for the hotel did not realize everyone had to be 21 yrs or older to stay at the hotel, at the time thati realized it was too late to get complete refund. I called casino queen staff and had no help told me nothing can be done and there was no number to contact cheaptickets so i had to talk by chatting on my computer and had no luck. I was not happy with any service that i got and could not even stay at the hotel that I purchased. I have a three month old baby and was not staying there to gamble but to go to baseball game. So i was out the money for the hotel and had to get another hotel whcih i did purchase thru price line and had much better expierence. Even though this means nothing to your company i have contacted the Better Business Bureau

Initially we were a bit apprehensive about staying in East ST. Louis but the hotel property was very large and made us feel very protected. We were met by a very friendly staff at the reception desk. The room was larger than most and it had a small refrigerator and a fantastic flat screen TV on the wall. The casino was jumping all night but was far enough away so that you could have peace and quiet in your room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

I like the idea of staying at the hotel. I was not impressed with the casino. easy transportation by Metrolink. the room was very nice and clean. upkeep good.

Attitudes of the employees were very poor. There was no food in the hotel itself. Only a continental breakfast, which included frozen sausage links & folded omelets in cups!, that you could not take to your room. The room was freezing. You could hear everything from surrounding rooms & the hallway. Alarm clock did not work & neither did their wake up service.If you are going for the casino-don't bother, it is NOTHING special. The surrounding area was quite scary. The hotel itself was very difficult to get to. You could see it, you just couldn't get to it. I would NEVER recommend or stay there again!

The hotel was very good. The downside on our stay was eating. We had three children with us and there were no options for children. The casino does not serve children. You cannot take out any food either. The breakfast at the Hotel was very good but no options on site for any other meal with children.

We went to check in and the front desk was very nice. We went to the bar and the first bartender was rude so we got up and went to the other side of the bar, which had a great bartender. We ate in the Steak House which was very good. Good service and food. The next day we came back to the room to find it not made up. It turns out they thought we had checked out. We wanted to eat in the room but found they no longer had room service. I asked the front desk if I could take food out from the Coffee Shop and they told me yes! I went down to get the food to find out they had no take out but I could sit at the counter and order food and they would give a go bag. That was fine except they would not let me order food for my wife because she was not there. I asked for a manager and he told me he was sorry but he could not help. I asked him since his people made the mistake he should take this as a special situation. He said sorry go to the deli but they don't have go boxes either. I was not happy.

Does not take but one look at that fence surrounding the property and all the security to make you hmmmm not feel so much at home. You are constantly bothered by non visitors hanging out on the property and surrounding, so allways be looking over your shoulder. Great place to stay if you want to just stay locked in your room. Hotel is fine seems our keys somehow got deactivated everyday. Not a friendly place and they are not afraid to tell you that.

We go there once a year with our 2 oldest grandaughters who are 5 and 9. They always have so much fun swimming. It is a very relaxing place for the grandparents also! We always go back every year, so we plan on going next years also.
