Casale di Brolio is located in Val di Chiana, in a strategic position near Arezzo, Lake Trasimeno, the Val di Chiana Outlet, Val di Chiana Golf Club, Siena, Perugia, Cortona, Chianciano Terme and Rapolano Terme, Montepulciano. The farmhouse, restored with care and respect of the original features, has been converted into 4 comfortable double rooms and 2 apartments that ensure a pleasant holiday. The property has a large garden with a panoramic swimming pool, a restaurant with half board and a la carte possibilities, bicycles, wireless internet access throughout the farmhouse. Casale di Brolio organizes cooking classes and visits to wineries on request! Near the farmhouse there are riding stables, tennis courts, golf courses, multipurpose fields for soccer, basketball, volleyball, and three lakes to fish: Lake Trasimeno, Montepulciano and Chiusi. On Lake Trasimeno it is also possible to practice sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, water skiing. The lake of Montepulciano, LIPU wildlife reserve, is equipped for bird watching. Four double rooms are named after the villages they overlook: Cortona, Lucignano Castiglione and Farneta. All are furnished with antique Tuscan furniture and some retain the original floors. Equipped with TV, wireless Internet, private bathroom and airconditioning. Apartment Il Lago is an apartment on the first floor and comprises a large bedroom with a double bed and one single bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen with table for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities to cook and has a fridge. Furthermore the apartment has satellite TV, wireless Internet on request and airconditioning. Apartment La Mansarda, recently renovated, is located in the upper part of the farmhouse, the attic. Equipped with air conditioning, it consists of a double bedroom with a circular window that allows a wide view of the valley, a living room with double sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen.
