The Hotel is very old and needs another construction. Room was not clean enough and smelling something I could not figured out. Be ready to pay extra $2 for security box and $16 for parking per day. I must admit that location is very good. You can either use bus or your car to South Beach, however it might be difficult to find an empty parking slot. if you do not eat too much in breakfast or nay other meal, this hotel is good for you. Otherwise you need to go out to eat something. Another good point is that it is close enough to some well known markets and fast foods. It helps you to survive if you have a big family and money is an issue for you...

If you're looking for a luxury resort, this is not the place for you! However, if you want just a simple clean room with a full kitchen, an excellent view, and wonderful hotel staff, then this is the place for you! The front desk, valet, and cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is rather old, but maintained well. The room and bathroom are rather small, but it has a large walk in closet. The decor is very simple and cheap, but my main concern was that it was clean (which it was). My friends and I stayed for 4 nights and our only complaint was that we had to wash our own dishes in the kitchen in the room. Even though it was Memorial weekend, noise was never a factor (even with the numerous guests and hotel remodeling going on at the time). The restaurant has excellent food, the pool is wonderful and you're right on the beach. For another road trip with the girls, I would definitely stay here again. P.S. The Casablanca Condominiums and Hotel, are in the same building.

Great welcoming. Staff willing to assist.. Restaurant amenities very good and flexible in menu options. Beutiful view and great location and access to the 95.. and south beach. HAPPY will return.
