Opened in June 2003 the 3 hotel Casa Mancia is an elegant hotel with excellent facilities, located just 1300 metres from the historical centre of Foligno, in the heart of Umbria. It s the perfect venue for those wishing to take a relaxing breakaway within easy reach of many local attractions. The hotel Casa Mancia, originally a private residence, was completely refurbished. The original structure of the building dates back to the 15th Century. Throughout the centuries the residence has been widened. The reconstruction work has been carried out meticulously, fully maintaining the original architecture, which has in turn preserved the nostalgia and reminiscence of the feelings of this fascinating historical residence. The two absolute protagonists are the fruity and flavourful D.O.P. olive oil pressed from locally grown olives and DOC wines like Rosso di Montefalco and the well- known Sagrantino di Montefalco.
