I have traveled extensively around the world and the service at this hotel cannot be beat anywhere. [...] made sure we knew where all the "happenings" were and even drew us a little map on how to get to a particular store we wanted to visit. We were lounging by the pool and wanted to get lunch and he insited on bringing it to the pool for us along with a bucket of Sols....We also wanted to rent a car and [...] at the hotel contacted someone right away and within 5 minutes there was a guy there from the rental car agency with the paperwork. He filled it out, we signed and he ran and got the car and brought it to us......You sure don't get service like that in the states.....We loved it there and would not stay anywhere else.

It's quiet, with rooms set back from the street. Guests who partied at the patio pool well into the night. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the staff was accommodating. The pool is delightful, though a late-night party there (all hotel rooms look down on it) was annoying. It required a call to the concierge to ask for quiet at 2:00 a.m.
