THE CASA LOMA was bigger than most hotel rooms, and is was nice to have a refridgerator, stove, sink and two tables. The balcony was nice with a beautiful view of the beach. There were several clothes hangers, iron, and hair dryer. The location was very good with restaurants close. It was nice that they had an ice machine. We had a wonderful time.

The staff at this hotel is very customer oriented. The pool opened at 10, but several families with small children would go in around 9:30. The staff cleaned around them and attended them as if this was the normal opening time. I really enjoyed this hotel. While there was no hotel dining, you were short drive from several restaurants.

The rooms had tile on the floor that was very slippery and felt slimier. The pool area was alright but their was no bathroom area. The room key was a card and it took about ten attempt to ever get in. I would not atay with them again.

Casa Loma is a comparatively small hotel on Panama City Beach. The exterior appearance of the hotel is not as breathtaking as some on the beach, and the outside did need some touch-ups in places. That being said, the rooms were attractive, very well cared for, comfortable and clean. All rooms have a beautiful view of the beach from individual balconies. The pool was very nice, although it opens too late and closes too early. All of the personel with whom we had contact were very friendly. There is no restaurant or continental breakfast at the hotel, but there are plenty of eating establishments nearby for anybody's taste. There is also a kitchenette which includes a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and full size coffee maker. The value for a beach front room was truly exceptional. We plan to return.

The room at Casa Loma was beautiful! The room had an immaculent view of the Gulf.I liked that each of the rooms had this beautiful view and each room had a private balcony. The room had two queen sized beds which worked perfectly for my family of four. The room had a kitchenette, which provided easy access for meals. The room was also much larger than most that I have stayed in. The hotel staff was very friendly and did a very good job making sure that everything was clean and in proper order. I would definitely stay at Casa Loma again and I will recommend it to all of my friends.

The Casa Loma did everything we asked to accomodate us upon check in and during our stay. It is not one of PC's 'posh' places, but it was clean, everyroom faced the ocean, the staff was super and it was easy walking distance to restaraunts and easy driving to a grocery store. They even provide each room with a bag of ice daily. If something was missing from the room (in our case the kitchinette had no can opener) they promptly provided one. The only thing I did not care for, the AC was a bit on the noisy side while in the room and to enjoy the balcony you had to turn if off because of the heat it produced. Overall - I would go again and tell family and friends. Great stay for the money.

The Casa Loma Panama City FL was a comfortable room but the chair was broken. One of the beds squeeked so bad we could not sleep...but the most horrible thing was this hotal does not have a ice machine. You can get one free bag of ice per day. Dont ask for another one or even offer to buy a bag, because you will be told no and that they did not ask you to stay at their hotel! if you use too much ice you have to walk across the street and down a few blocks to get more! We will not stay here again. The office personal got very rude over a 1.00 bag of ice... afterall I thought we were the customer. WHo ever heard of a hotel not having ice readly available at a beach resort area?

Casa Loma was very satisfying to my family and I. The room had a neat tropical decor and I was surprised at how well maintained and clean it was. The staff was well organized with checking in and out. And I was very happy with the security. In such a beach community, with security, I felt releived to see how alert and on their toes they stayed all week. The location was great---restaurants, activities, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall stay was pleasant. I was expecting a little nicer place but overall it was nice. The room was clean and the view of the beach was great. We went to see the beach so I was pleased with the view. It would have been nice to have a Dining place or atleast breakfast so we did not have to get up and go out in the traffic to get something to eat for breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights over the 4th of July weekend. The room was large with a kitchen, full size fridge, microwave, and dishes. The bathroom was tiny, with the vanity being out in the main room. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, with the tag dating to 1989. The staff was nice and helpful, there wasn't a big hassle to get fresh towels. The grounds keepers did and excellent job keeping the pool and walk-ways clean. The view from our balcony was gorgeous, and we were right on the beach. There wasn't a restaurant in the hotel, just some snack machines. It's at a weird intersection so getting into the parking lot was a little tricky. I would stay there again.

When we checked in our room was on the 4th floor. I told the lady at the front desk that I had someone with fibromyalgia and she really needed a bottom floor. She told me she was sorry but there was not one available. I went to park my car and one of the staff ran out and told me they had found me a room on the bottom floor. I guess they moved some things around and got us on the bottom floor. Anyway me and my friend were so very thankful for what they did. I will go back to the casa loma again.
