This hotel is EXCELLENT! Very clean, charming traditional decorations, comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, downtown location on a quiet, seemingly safe area, type of boutique hotel. Perfect place to stay in Mexico City!

The Hotel was nice and price was great. The standard room I requested in my reservation was not ready, therefore I was given a junior suite, which was pretty nice. The front desk staff is very helpful. I enjoyed my stay there, the location is great and although there is construction around; it was not noisy. Hotel was nice, I would definitely stay there again.

Extremely poor accommodations and facilities...I was crushed by the elevators doors and I had a difficult time reopening them...horrible experience. At 10:00 pm (approx.), I wasn't able to get from the hotel anything to drink...including water. The junior suites are not worth the $60 charged...old and decrepit furniture.

The Casa de la Condesa staff was very friendly and service oriented. We were there for a wedding and the entire stayed at the hotel. We had two floors eclusively. The hotel had very few amenities, and was in need of repair, especially the carpet, very worn and stained. The beds were hard, but clean and comfortable. The rooms had no air conditioning, however the hotel was in the process of installing room air conditioners. The bathroom was clean, with sink, shower and commode. The location was good, within walking distance of many good restaurants, VIPS, Sanborns and Starbucks as well as local restaurnants and bars. The hotel was only one block from Reforma, one of the busiest streets in Mexico City, and one block from the Tour-bus and city bus stops. The small convenience store at the corner was very well stocked and carried almost anything a person needed to stock the small kichenette in the suites. It was a bare bones hotel but a great value for our money. I would stay again.

Nice hotel in a great loction. The room was comfortable but very dusty. The cable and shower didn't work. They left us no bottled water or extras.
