We, me and my husband, stayed here and it was a nice room but service, that is a different story. We called many times asking about tickets that we had gotten with our reservation. They said that the front desk was closed and that we could go to the silver king which is about 30 min. away or they could bring it to us. So we waited and waited and no one came. Their service is not one that I would be willing to pay for again.

Checked in after hours. Got a run around to get codes to get into building and room. After hours check in had a lack of security. Leaving infromation in a safe that others have code to doesn't seam safe to me. Customer service wanted me to give credit card info over phone in a lobby. I refused due to the lack of privacy. The place was dated and run down. Our bed wasn't stable and knocked the wall everytime we moved. The bathtub was old and needed to be calked. I am glad that I got a good deal on the price... not worth staying at if you are paying full price. Oh, and the construction on the outside of the building was a great wake-up call in the morning! It was old, frustrating and I question how secure the night check-in is. Not the romantic get away that we were hoping for.

The room had ants all over, the shower would not work at all, the grounds were littered and the hallway was covered in mud. I would not ever stay there again.

No on site management.

The bathroom was roomy. We were stuck in a basement apartment. The condo that we stayed in was somewhat under construction and needed to be repainted. The water heater lasted for one (short) shower. The ice maker in the fridge was not hooked up. The carpet was fraying. There was not one decoration in the whole condo and not one picture or floral arrangement. It felt very cold and not homey at all.

Bed was disgusting! stains on sheets defiantly not clean sheets. No maid service. It was the cheapest

This was a great deal. Location is good, but not great. Room was very small and a bit outdated. However, we do not go to Park City to stay in our room, so much more to do. So we were happy with the comfort and cleanliness. Staff was very friendly. Pool is small and the sun only shines on it right at mid day as it is in the middle of the complex, but it was clean and in good repair.

The day before we left, I called the management office to discuss the check-in process. Since we would not arrive until 10 p.m. and the office closes at 5:00 p.m., I was given instructions of how to pick-up the keys to the room from a safe. Unfortunately I was not given the code to get into the building where the safe was located! Luckily someone let us in, and we were quickly greated by a man (no uniform or name tag) who gave us our key. A little confusing since the office was "closed." I requested a second key and was told one would be sent over (that never happened). We quickly found our property (Sun Creek). The unit resembled a college apt.(random furnishings) and was not very clean (toilets and carpets). We were in town visiting family, so luckily we did not spend much time in the condo. I had to call the management office the following evening because house keeping did not stop by during the day. Someone was sent over and took out the trash and replaced the towels. After our third night the beds were finally made. I am assuming that the service would be much better during the high season. However, I would not take the risk of staying in this property again. In the future I will put out a little more money and hope to stay in a better managed property.

The location and surroundings were awesome. It is not a hotel. There were no amenities and even checking out was a challenge. The room was modestly furnished, but not clean. I found a to go container in the refrigerator and the room was unkempt. I don't believe the star rating in any way is an accurate reflection of this place.

We stayed for a long weekend of skiing. Condo was very close to bus route and a short ride to the slopes. The condo itself was better than what we expected based on other reviews. Biggest complaint is the desk staff was very unfriendly and didn't have answers to simple questions. We asked for late checkout and were told it was ok. Based on the lack of communication earlier, we reconfirmed day of, good thing because no one made a note. Even then, no one informed the maid staff. Other than the unfriendly desk staff, it was nice. The walls are paper-thin though... you can hear everyone around you.

Very quiet, Check in was a little bad. No staff after 6 pm, so took us about 50 minutes to get into our room.

Location was great for getting into Park City and the Park City and Deer Valley ski areas. We could take bus (free) to those locations although we had rented a car which made timing better. The rooms were OK just for sleeping, no extras but we got what we paid for.

The bed was very comfortable. Had a jetted tub but there was not enough hot water to fill it to use the jets? We had a time trying to find the lobby at first maybe it would be helpful to put up a sign to let people know where the entrance is. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable although we only stayed 1 night so I don't know how the maid service was after that it was clean when we arrived.

God help if you are anywhere but on the top floor. Not only can you hear the people walking above but you can also hear their voices, TV, etc. Staff was unavailable and when they were there, it seemed like guests were a real inconvenience. Fairly close to the resort is their main positive.

So, if you are ok with no front desk staff, it is great. I do like checking in with a person, and not giving my credit card over the phone for the world to hear, but it was a really nice place and a nice getaway.

Their check-in desk closes around 6 so if you want to check in later they just leave keys out for you in a drop box. The keys they left for us did not work the door to the room we were staying in so we had to wait about 45 minutes til some one could show up to get us into our room. The room was fine although the building was pretty old and there are no amenities. Also, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel for a free shuttle that'll drive you the 1 mile to Main Street but the bus stops running at 10.

Condo for price was misrepresented; the picture and customer service said the couch made into a bed. The 2 teens traveling with us slept on the floor due to couch having a 2 inch mattress that went thru to the springs. The room itself with furniture etc was very nice, however we had gone to a wedding all day were cold and tired arrived late and found out the couch that made into a bed was a piece of crap and the kids slept on the floor. I had reviewed the description of the room and had called customer service and told it was a bed, it ruined the whole trip, it¿s too bad because the rest of the place was very nice and the room and price would have been fine. By the way you don¿t give the cheapest prices afterwards when surfing the net I found the all season site that services the carriage house condo had lower prices by a night.

If you are looking at Carriage House it is probably because the rates are very attractive realtive to other condos in Park City. Evaluated on that basis, it is on the low side of OK but I wouldn't call it a great value. I found the staff to be reasonably helpful although the desk closes at 10 PM, so you had better have some arrangement if you plan a late arrival. Rooms are very basic and walls are thin. The kitchenette is extremely compact but OK for simple cooking. Bathroom is small but clean and even had a Jacuzzi tub (again, basic). It appears that some of the rooms are rented to transient laborers and the one next to us did some pretty smelly cooking. So, if you just want the lowest price, this is your place. For myself, I will spend a few bucks more next time and stay elsewhere.

I'd stay there again in off season. Right downtown and close to everything. Clean.

The hotel is located in a great place to take the free shuttle into historic Main Street. But the room floors were dirty, the furniture was falling apart and the walk-way out side the room was very dirty with paper on the floor.
