a pleasurable experiencewe were extremely pleased with all aspects of our visit to this hotel, right from our welcoming at the reception,right through to our restaurant gourmet meal, the food was amazing and the service was excellent, especially with Gemma who seemed to be overseeing the smooth running of the restaurant,and even when we were checking out the reception staff were extremely polite and wished us a safe journey and hoped to see us again. WELL WE HOPE SO TOO !!

Short StayThere was no parking available at the hotel we had to park around the corner in a side street.There was a wedding reception taking place so perhaps this didnt help.Upon arrival it seemed as if they could not find our late rooms reservation but eventually a twin room was found. The room was basic, but clean, there was a small TV which could receive only terrestrial stations and the usual tea and biscuits. The room itself was very hot it looked out onto a small area enclosed on all sides by other rooms so received no breeze even with the windows open. There was a lot of noise during the evening the room was next door to the elevator also there was a lot of noise from other people staying at the hotel I had to ring down to reception at 2:30am to complain.Breakfast was a help yourself buffet, plentifull but very poorly cooked. The bacon appeared to have been microwaved as it was pale and wet. as was the black pudding and mushrooms.Altogether it was just about worth the £60 late rooms price but certainly not the advertised standered tariff of £140

The hotel was very clean and tidy, in a good position near to the sea front away from all the hustle and bustle, excellent value for money. If I were to stay for more than one night however, I would upgrade to a better room as the view was overlooking the car park at the back of the hotel and the shower was very very small and I assume the other rooms would have bigger bathrooms with a better view. Other than that fantastic hotel and would recommend.

Overnight StayThe hotel was large and well equipped. Good value for money, especially when we saw the usual tariff price. Room was excellent, but we were a little disappointed with the view from the room, namely a car park and some wheelie bins! Breakfast was really good.

This was a pretty good hotel , well looked after. We enjoyed good breakfasts and a bar meal. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very ImpressedI booked this hotel very last minute selected mainly because of the option for both dinner and breakfast were included for a very resonable price. Although there is no car park i found a space outside very quickly and before i knew it checked in and off to the restaurant for dinner. I was very suprised that the menu was so nice and that the food was of a very high quality, 3 courses and all were superb. I chatted to the waiter and also the girls on the bar were very helpful and polite. I have stayed at a lot of the bigger higher star hotels in Blackpool and none match up to this at all, very modern, lovely room, excellent food what else can i say! A definate winner for a blackpool stay...........

A great Stay at a Great HotelThe hotel exceed our expectations and the staff were very freindly and the overall quality of the hotel was comparable to that of a much more expensive hotel. We will be definatley making a return trip to the hotel soon.

Brilliant Value for MoneyFrom Start to finish the experience was enjoyable. The service was good; the room was clean, spacious with everything you need. Location is ideal; quiet area of town only a few minutes from the busy places you want to visit.

Toilet seat was loose - Reported to hotelArrived on a very hot day & the cutains in the room could have beed pulled on to keep the room a little cooler - Reported to hotel Hot Breakfast items including tea & coffee could have been hotter.

A really lovely hotelStayed at this hotel a few years ago and enjoyed our stay then, we wanted a short family break so we decided to go back and was not disappointed, the staff are really friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and clean and the food is fantastic!!

carousel hotel reviewWe booked this hotel the night before we left for only £60,for 2 adults and 2 children including breakfast for one night.We were very pleased with the hotel and its location,it is situated at the south side of blackpool past the pleasure beach away from the noise and hustle and bustle.The room had a double bed and a sofa bed,the only downside to this was my 2year old son wouldn't go to sleep because he was in the same room as his parents.The breakfast was out of this world with cereal,yoghurt,fruitjuice,tea,coffee,danish pastry,toast and the cooked breakfast was on burners keeping everything hot which included bacon,sausage,tomatoes,mushrooms,black pudding,scrambled and fried egg and all this was self service.A very good experiance overall.

nice stay if i had to find fault there would 2 first i thought the shower was the smallest i have used and second i thought the food menu was expensive apart from that i did enjoy my stay very clean indeed kids loved it

nice hotel but too noisythe only problem with this hotel is the fact there was a wedding on and the noise level coming from the disco in the function room late at night was unacceptable for a family with young children, lovely staff, nice food very clean hotel, great location

Customer Service was 1st Class at the CarouselWould definitely make a return visit to the carousel. Rooms were clean and nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff. Located at the south shore side of Blackpool it is nice to escape from the hustle and bustle of the main drag in Blackpool to a quieter retreat. Food was okay. It was definitely value for money.

Lovely hotel, one of the few nicest looking hotels on the front of Blackpool, excellent location straight across from the beach, and only 5 mins walk to the pleasure beach fantastic sea view rooms.The hotel rooms were clean and spacious, We only stayed for breakfast but an excellent selection of food would highly recommend and would not hesitate to go back again.
