The Carolina Hotel looked like it just had a renovation. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Although they had a very nice free breakfast buffet, a coffee pot in the room would have been nice.

we only needed the room to sleep for one night and get ready for an event so we were not as picky as if we were staying several days. the staff was not unfriendly and the room was clean enough for an older facility.(remodeled) the only real irritants were we saw a few roaches and were only given 2 towels for 2 people. overall though it was an uneventful mostly comfortable stay, for me that is good. i do a lot of traveling and have seen much worse and much better. so i'd say a 7 on 1-10.

The Carolina Motel was very relaxing. The rooms were a nice size and the beds were very comfortable. There was a little bit of a musty smell, however it quickly went away once you opened the window. It was clean but there was no hairdryer in the bathroom. The location was quiet and a short drive to the town of Franklin. If you do want to shop in Franklin, you would have to do it early because the town closes at 5 PM. There are also some fast food restaurants and a couple of diners in the area. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.

my husband and I love this motel. It is very quiet and peaceful. We stay there just to relax. They have several picnic tables to eat at. They also have a great pool area. The location is great, thereis several resturants only a few minutes down the road. There is mountains all around you. We love it.

The room was spacious and The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was so pretty and well kept.We felt at home. The location was a plus because it was not right in town but close to everything. I would recommend it highly to anyone going to or through Franklin,N.C.

We very much enjoyed our two night stay in the Carolina Motel in Franklin NC. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff were very nice and helpful.
