I stayed there this week-end.. My room smelled like feces.. a sewer smell.. When we complained they sent an indian man who sprayed with some strong odor stopping spray and that just made it worse. I talked to the desk clerk about getting my money back and she told me to come back in in a little while that she wasn't authorized to give me my money back.. she was a very sweet person and really the best person I came in contact with while I stayed there.. I asked about her later in the day because I wanted to give her a tip for having been so helpful.. I was told that she had been fired for talking to a customer.. if anyone knows what really happened to her please tell her that Delilah said thanks for all she did for my family while we were there.

Disappointed. Why? Because the hotel did not have my confirmed reservation from Orbitz. I spent over 40 minutes trying to iron out this problem and the problem was with Orbitz because Orbitz DID NOT let the hotel know about my reservation. Even though I had a hard copy of the confirmation the hotel could not put me up because all rooms were filled. Orbitz let me down and this will probably be the last time I use Orbitz for hotel. Be sure to check behind Orbitz on your reservations, although we shouldn't have to do this, that is their responsibility.
