Located on the 4th floor of the hotel, under the shadow of Croagh Patrick is the Blue Wave Restaurant, which holds an AA Rosette for food & service and three RAC dining awards. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and inspires total relaxation. The Blue Wave, is one of the finest restaurants in Westport. Given the hotel's location on the shores of Clew Bay, the Head Chef Frank Walsh, chooses only the finest local fresh fish, meat & fresh produce for each evening's menu. Each morning enjoy breakfast in the restaurant which has been nominated by Georgina Campbell's Guide for the best hotel breakfast in Ireland.
