I've stayed at the Carlton Dublin Airport Hotel several times. The reception staff are excellent and have been able to accomodate requests for rooms in the quieter sections of the hotel (functions can be noisy).The rooms are comfortable and my only criticism is the lack of coffee/tea making facilities in the room.The complementary shuttle to/from the airport is necessary, the driver and service is friendly and efficient.The food in the restaurant is good quality/value but the service this time was not attentive.

Location to the airport and staff was helpful and friendly. This is a nice, efficient airport hotel property. The hotel is clean, the staff were extremely helpful. Having the use of an airport shuttle was a big plus.

Top class airport hotel! In fact we choose to stay here even when we are not flying from Dublin Airport, and are in the city for other reasons. From reception to the rooms to the bar/dining, this hotel is faultless.

This hotel was one of the best designed hotels I've stayed in. Every detail is well-thought out and focused on the guest's comfort. My room was quiet, clean and spacious. The hotel staff was friendly, welcoming and accommodating of my requests. I hope they are able to maintain such a high level of guest support over time. I highly recommend this hotel. It certainly far exceeded my expectations for an airport hotel.

2 days in DublinThe Carlton was extremely good - I wanted an 'easy to get to' hotel near the airport, and it was exactly that. I'd hired a car and was pleased to find that there was ample free parking available, together with free wifi in the bar and free broadband (not wifi) in the room. Happily recommended to anyone else thinking of staying there.

close to airport but din´t have any noise staff friendly and helpful needed a early breakfast, no problem long way from dublin, taxi would have been 70 euros one way

Well priced and comfortable.The Carlton is within easy reach of the airport. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bar and food are good and the prices are reasonable. If only the room had a minibar!

They had delicious treats at the front desk and high tea. Nothing. The bed was fabulous - like sleeping on a cloud. The staff went over and above our expectations. We will stay there again.

Excellent Hotel at a Budget PriceApart from the convenience of being so near to Dublin Airport this is a very well equipped hotel. My double room was very spacious and lacked for nothing. Highly recommended.

Convenient location to airport. Computer access did not work. Hotel was convenient to the airport with a hotel courtesy shuttle. The computer access in the lobby was not working, but the staff did give us a refund.

Good access to the airport. Poor access to Dublin city center. Poor access to restaurants. The bed was hard and had a crack in the middle you could fall through. The restaurant service was unbelievably slow. Food was of mixed quality, sometimes very good to excellent and sometimes mediocre. This isnot a good hotel if you want one in Dublin. It is 30 minutes by bus to the city center.

A good hotel with quality service, furnishings and restaurant facilities which are needed as the hotel is a little in the boondocks. However, the bus service to the airport is very good. It also appears to be a hotel used by the locals (with vehicles) -always a good sign I guess.

Hugely overpriced at the full rate and even expensive for what it was at the laterooms rate. Hotel definately not worth the money paid 6.5 euro's for a small glass of wine at the bar although the exchange rate £ to euro's makes Ireland generally ridiculously expensive.
