he hotel itself its okay. However, the staff and customer service of the facility is completely inadequate. When we checked into the hotel the front desk clerk was not familiar with the hotel itself (even thou we were told the clerk had worked there for 3 years). We had simple questions as to the shuttle service and the restaurants of the facility. Of course, she was not able to answer any of our questions, instead she referred us to Guest Services, which was not open at the time. When we attempted to get a hold of Guest Services the next day, we were placed on hold by the front office or when we were transferred to them, there was no answer. This happened at least 5 times. Also, we made the mistake of purchasing tickets from the hotel to a dinner show, they of course misinformed us of the starting time and because of that we missed the first 30 mins of the show. When we complained to the Hotel manager that night, he was very rude to us, did not offer any apologies, blamed Guest Services for all of the "confusion" and furthermore asked us if we had requested a copy of the contract between the hotel and guest services, which of course, according to him they were two different entities and had no relations with the hotel itself. Go figure! We had at least 4 other occasion in which the staff was very rude and did not offer any assistance. MOST IMPORTANTLY, IF YOUR A MARRIED WOMAN NOT TRAVELING WITH YOUR HUSBAND BE PREPARED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS FROM THE HOTEL STAFF AS TO HIS WEAR ABOUTS & IF IN FACT HE PAID FOR THE TRIP. SO SIMPLY BE PREPARED TO BE OFFENDED!

Very Nice, excellent location to Disney (just a 2 minute drive straight down the main road)and other points of interest in the Orlando area. Very convenient shuttle service to all Disney Parks. The pool was magnificent. We traveled on business and extended our stay for a mini vacation. The beds were so comfortable, I wish I had one at home. I slept so well. I would recommend this hotel. I plan to stay here again.

We stayed over Spring break in a two bedroom Villa. The suite was great, the staff was professional, and the location excellent - a straight shot with decent traffic to the Disney main gate. Very good pool, good room service, three flat screen TVs.

Pleasantly surprised with Hotel. Read mixed reviews, but overally we had a pleasant experience. We were able to get a early check in, Patrick at the front desk was very pleasant and professional, and was eager to assist us. Rooms were OK, not the greatest but overall not bad. Pool was very nice, and our room did have a great view of the pool (we stayed in Tower 1 on the 4th floor). Location of the Hotel is perfect, everytning at your fingertips. Walmart less than 1/2 mile from hotel (for anything you forgot, and great to purchase waters, snacks( and believe it or not Great Freshly made Chicken Cesars Salads in the refrigator near the fruit) I know crazy, but true! We had a small problem with our refriig in room, but again not a big deal because maintance came up right away and took care of the problem, and even checked back with us in 1/2 hour (as he had promised) to make sure it was working (which it was). Definitely not a bad deal, and good for family vacation. One thing though the slide is much smaller than we expected. Slide more exciting for children 8 and under (our children were older and thought it was boring). I thought it was OK, if you stay have fun!

Went as last minute getaway with family for Disney. Had always stayed at Disney Resorts in past. Picked due to traveler's reviews and found they were spot on. Very happy with location, service, rooms were set up very well for a family stay (suite-style) and are very well designed and decorated. Pool was a bit crowded on the holiday weekend, but still could find enough chaise lounges and it did calm down quite a bit the next day. Hot tub was either boiling hot or at best tepid. Concrete around pool needs power washing. Overall was very happy with the balance of easy going nature/environment for the kids (nice baby pool, too) and classy ambience for adults. Is equi-distant from Disney and Universal, so nice balance for those who wish to be at both during their stay. Highly recommend.

The hotel lobby and restaurant area was impressive, with an upscale restaurant, more modest restaurant, and a mini-cafeteria snack bar which was open 24/7. There was a car rental agency on the second level of the lobby and a small business work area for guests. The pool and grounds were beautiful. Our room was in good condition. It had a nice living room with a large credenza that contained a sink, refrigerator and microwave. This was completely separate from the bed/bath area. The location is a very short drive to Disney, yet it was in a relatively uncongested area.

Nice hotel, rooms were clean but the halls/stairs needed a bit more attention. Great AC, very quiet. Grounds well maintained and clean, free parking a definite plus. Staff was very helpful and price of goods/services was reasonable. Great location for Disney, Universal was a 10 minute drive so it was also convenient for those parks.

We stayed @ this hotel for 6 nights and we LOVED it. From the time we checked in until check out it was everything we expected and more. We had a updated room in tower 1 that was very nice and comfortable. The pool area was beautiful. Water slide was fun for both of our kids . Staff was very helpful and nice. Hotel is close to all parks and all kinds of restaurants We will be going back to this hotel next time we are in Orlando.

This hotel is geared towards families with children. While we don't have children, we traveled with my in-laws who have children. The size of the rooms were nice, but they were definitely "tired" i.e. the furniture was a little banged up and the carpeting was stained in one location. I had no other housekeeping type issues. The room/bathroom was in general clean. I thought the bed was good except for the pillows, they were "puffy" which I find discomfortable. The pool area was nice, it had a tropical rock theme with a water slide. There was a seperate toddler water play area, that the toddlers in our party enjoyed. As a couple would we stay there again, no, but if my in-laws want to stay there we would. If you are couple without children there are better hotels for the same price.

We brought our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren (ages 8 & 10) to Orlando for the 1st time. Our 2-bedroom villa was perfect: plenty of space to hang out, beautiful pools, very clean and well maintained facilities. We stayed for 5 nights and visited 4 Disney parks. The complimentary shuttle to WDW was one of the reasons I booked Caribe, but it took an hour for each trip; an eternity when on the bus with a bunch of really tired kids.

Really enjoyed my stay. Great one bed suite with all the amenities I could ask for, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a great work space for my computer set up. The dining facilities were excellent also and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very well located only minutes from everything.

This was a last minute getaway and Orbitz's price was great. The location, room and the room view were perfect for our little family getaway. The food was good but the room floor did not look like it was vacummed. The refrigerator and microwave made it a little easier. The kid pool and main pool were a lot of fun. We would definitely stay here again.

First off the good--the rooms were nice, the pool and restaurant staff were superb, and the kids loved the big pool with the slide and waterfall. The location is OK but fairly isolated--nothing much in quick walking/driving distance. The bad started at check-in with a front desk clerk who clearly was not well trained--she had to keep asking other clerks how to do the check-in. Housekeeping did not clean our room two of six days we were there, and one of the housekepping staff tried entering our room when a "Do not disturb" was clearly posted. Finally, one of the concierges got rude with me when I did not show for a timeshare presentation they scheduled me for. I just wanted attraction tickets but there was a language problem, and she could not understand that I just wanted the tickets, not to waste several hours of my time at a sales pitch. Obviously, they are salespeople and not real "guest services". The hotel is not up to the standard of other similarly priced properties in the Orlando area.

staff was great, nice and friendly, food was a little pricey rooms were comfy the best was the pool, had my granbaby with me and was a kid friendly resort , the only thing that was not so good the towels were hard and the pool towels were to small but over all it was a wonderfull hotel, wouldstay again.

We stayed in the double queen suite, and it was recently remodeled, and beautiful. When we arrived we found wrappers on the floor in the room, and that disappointed me to start, and then the bathroom had a foul smell that I wanted to change rooms immediatly. I found out it was the shower curtain that had a sour (bad odor) that had gotten wet over time, but I did not complain. The view of pool was great, and location was even greater!! Disney was so easy to get to (in minutes). I liked the fridge, microwave and coffee maker, as that is what made the rooms as well as 2 flat panel LCD tv's. We did not dine at the restaurant, as the it was very pricy, but the lobby was absolutely georgous. Upon leaving, we got a little suprise as I got an additional 140.00 bill for a restaurant there. I called to lobby manager to explain, and could not figure how someone could charge to our room without a key, (as we had both our keys). She was not apologetic at all, and said she would look into, and then said she would take it off our bill. Staff was less than friendly, but overall the hotel was a nice one, and might visit again.

This hotel met all my expectations . The rooms are nice and clean and very quiet. It has a big pool and a nice restaurant, the food is very good. This hotel has NO FREE BREAKFAST. When I checked in about 11:30 Pm my room was not ready, so I had to wait for about 10 minutes and for those 10 minutes I got a free breakfast for four. The hotel is about 10 to 15 minutes from the parks. The hotel has free shuttle bases to the parks. I had a very good time at this hotel.

Our experience was better than we could have imagined. The resort was beautiful fun and exciting for the adults and the children. The dining was a little fancy for children but being able to order food by the pool was nice!! Just a few min. from all the attractions made it very helpful. Highly recommended for all.
