We spent ten days at the Caribe last summer, and we loved it. Members of our extended family gathered for a combination family reunion / wedding. The oldest person staying at the Caribe was 83, the youngest 22. There was plenty for everybody to do. Our condo was spotlessly clean. The kitchen area was supplied with everything imaginable. The three bathrooms were roomy, especially the one near the master bedroom. Once we shut the doors to our unit we didn't hear anything but silence. The Caribe is off the beach, and overlooks Perdido Pass. On clear days the sunsets are spectacular. Fishing is easy from the docks, and just a short walk away is Perdido Pass Bridge for more fishing (under it). Pools are all over the place and many of them are huge. There is a lazy river and it is the best one that I have seen. The condos are a little pricey, but they are big enough to put a good many people in to share costs. Put enough people in and it's probably as cheap per person as a one room motel near the beach. We can't wait to get back to the Caribe.
